Found this little gem through a couple of cycling friends I was riding with on a Tourist Trial in 2022. Delighted to visit again last year. Even good enough to be the main destination for a ride from home: (North Birmingham 75 miles). Very friendly and welcoming staff. I'd score the home made scones 5 out of 5. Only caveat is CHECK ON THE WINTER CLOSEING PERIOD.

I loved this place and will really miss it I do hope the cats that are being rehomed get really good homes and there new owners are vetted with home visits to make sure they are with careful people who will love and take care of them for the rest of there lives as you never no who they will end up with today as they are beautiful cats and would be ashame to let them just go to anyone

I ordered here through deliveroo, ordered a T-bone steak for £18.95, wasnt expecting much but when it arrived it was one of the best steak i ever had. Steak had amazing flavor seasoned perfect. Healthy portion size.The meat was cooked perfect medium rare as i asked over the phone, and it was tender and not chewy at all. Came with a side of fries , salad , roast potato , caramelised onions and mushrooms. Will order again 100%.

Had a lovely lunch today at Stretched & Fried in Alfold. Lovely friendly staff and a lovely lunch. Well worth a visit. This is definitely a great addition to the village. The staff have changed and the option of different menu items is good. Will definitely be back again soon.

Just ordered a chicken & spinach sandwich with avocado S&P pesto on sourdough bread. Absolutely delicious. Will be back again this time next week for sure. Staff were friendly and very polite waited a only a few minutes while my sandwich was being prepared.

Lovely cafe, really nice breakfast, vegetarian/ vegan options. Had full English and vegan full English but very tasty. Good prices lovely coffee too. Definitely will visit agai

Dropped in for coffee and cake with my mum and my puppy. Straight away we were made welcome and my pup was especially made welcome with a bowl of water and a small bag of dog biscuits. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff and the coffee and cakes were lovely. If you bag the window seat there’s no better place to people watch.. will be the first of many visits.

Love visiting Crystals, it's a great spot - they have a brilliant selection of delicious treats. Would recommend!

Great, prompt service. Lovely smiling, friendly staff. We all had a great roast lunch and sweet. Good, hot good quality food. Would not hesitate to recommend and return for more!

Could not fault in any way. The staff were very pleasant and the food came piping hot and plenty of it. I had scampi and my wife had Thai fishcakes at £15 for two excellent value. Will certainly return.

Popped in here just before Xmas for a brekkie,it was really well cooked,and great value for money,will definitely be using this place again
