Found this little gem through a couple of cycling friends I was riding with on a Tourist Trial in 2022. Delighted to visit again last year. Even good enough to be the main destination for a ride from home: (North Birmingham 75 miles). Very friendly and welcoming staff. I'd score the home made scones 5 out of 5. Only caveat is CHECK ON THE WINTER CLOSEING PERIOD.

Fabulous spot for a walk around the fishing lakes and then into the Tea Shed. Food is freshly cooked and delicious, well priced and served by some very friendly staff. Opening hours are restricted so worth checking before you visit.

Really lovely breakfast just iff the main throng in Napton on the Hill. Run by really cheerful and helpful ladies. A sausage bacon and egg roll and a decent coffee - happy days

I found this place by accident one day and now, whenever I have time, I wll go out of my way to visit. It's very much tucked away in the countryside. It's run by three ladies and all the cakes are home-made. I can also recommend the breakfasts & toasties, thick wholemeal bread, is the standard. Inside and outside seating in a lovely rural natural setting, which is adjacent to a fishery, the Oxford canal and a campsite, with plenty of free parking. The food & service here, is simply supurb.

We moored up the night before. It was finally cooler the next morning and we walked up to the Trig point and back down towards Napton. Found this cafe which was great to go to the loo and to rest our feet for a while. Hubby had a breakfast, and we had tea cakes and coffee and walnut cake. Absolutely delicious. took 3 home made scones for later. Great cafe. Went off to explore the beautiful church and the village.

Super little cafe. some of the best coffee I have had and a lovel bacon ciabatta roll. All freshly prepared and served by lovely, friendly staff. Nice, bright and clean environment. I wasn't expecting much from a hospital cafe, but I was very pleasantly surprised.

What a treat to visit this lovely cafe in such a tranquil, beautiful setting. A bustling cafe selling a mouth watering range of cakes and snacks. Well priced, comfortably set out with friendly, helpful staff. We’re looking forward to coming back!

Delicious milkshakes. I had a strawberry milkshake and family enjoyed a caramel milkshake. Creamy, taste bud tingling, smooth, but also tiny bits of crunchy ice in there. Would definitely go daily if they were calorie free 😍😁 If you go to Stratford upon Avon and like milkshakes or bubble tea, this place would be my top recommendation. It's a bit hidden. Turn right into old red lion court - just after Sainsbury Local shop, if you are walking down Bridge street towards canal / river.

I was meeting up with an old friend for the weekend, and the owners of where we stayed mentioned the Village Store. We popped by to check it out and wow, what an innovative store this is. They serve the village with papers, book shares and games, and serve food, so we immediately planned to have breakfast there before we headed back home. Breakfast was just lovely, hot, fresh and reasonably priced. The staff were super friendly and even though it was busy, they were very attentive. The deli was stocked with lovely produce, and the gift and card section was very tempting! I would like to credit the owners with what they provide for their village, a real hub for the community, I only wish I could create the same where I live, it would be a social success for sure. We plan to return for another reunite next year, and we will defiantly return here agin.
