Have used the Hing Tai for 30+ years, and this was the first time since it recently changed hands - and it will be the last. Beef curry thin and watery with no “bite” and hardly any meat. Sweet and Sour chicken balls had a nicer coating, but the meat was dangerously pink and undercooked - and one of them was even prawn rather than chicken, would be concerning if I had a shellfish allergy. No criticism of the front of house staff, and it was at least ready on time - but that’s the last time we’ll be using them.
