Hi me and my partner love the food from here it's tasty and worth the money.

I come here quite regularly, the food, the service, the people, the staff are all really very exceptional!!! It's more like bloody 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s

The quality of the food was really good, tha carvery was excellent, so was the other meals we had.

Absolutely Horrible food,Ordered a butter chicken with two garlic naan,but to my surprise I got some chicken tikka in a sweet orange gravy.Absolutely no flavour at all.All I can taste is sweet coconut gravy.I Know that the butter chicken is supposed to be mild,But a curry being mild doesn’t mean it has to be flavourless or you can just add load of sugar in the gravy.I own Indian restaurants abroad,and I have tried a lot of Indian food from all around the world,This ought one of the worst Indian food ever.So much so that I had to write this review.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND COOK HOME OR JUST FIND SOME BETTER CURRY HOUSE

Totally recommend the breakfasts & burgers

Used this chippy for a while now, but recently, the prices have gone through the roof, and portions have got smaller. The large chips are £5 now, and fish bites are small and round with an increase to £1 each. It wouldn't be that bad if they cooked freshly to order in their quieter periods. Recently, had a large bag of chips, which were cold and slightly stale tasting prob due to them sitting for so long. Also, the oil didn't seem fresh, as the chips were covered in black bits all over. Disappointed tbh especially for the price. Will stick to the one on stubby lane now. Sorry guys

Nice pub went on a Saturday night for a few hours. There was an ABBA tribute on at the time that was great overall. I enjoyed the red lion

It's not our first visit, and it certainly won't be our last. We had the carvery, which is always pretty good, but today's was even better than usual. Meats were reported to be good. Veggies were all nicely cooked... not overdone and roast potatoes were soooo crispy. I was reslly chuffed to have quorn sausages with mine rather than the cheese and potatoe pie, which always seems too heavy when served with the rest of the carvery. The guy serving was famtastically friendly. We even squeezed in puddings...sticky toffee pudding, apple pie, and ice cream. Was a bit quieter than some of the times we've been in there, but it wasn't an issue. Noticed there was a band playing as we left... Shame we had to go.

Abit pricey but always fresh lovely food 😋

Well what can I say, first went there a good few months ago with some mates on a Saturday night for karaoke and it was really nice, everyone was so welcoming, including the owner. Now two of the girls normally go on a Monday and Tuesday and has been for a few months but I don’t go with them as I do shift work so can’t always make it. Three weeks ago the girls went and they always turn up before 9 as one of them have a 3 year old and puts him to bed first, they walk in and the owner asked them if they wanted to play sticky 13, they didn’t have any change on them so they couldn’t play but said they would play the next week, which they did and one of them won, people was going up to them to say well done. So why it is last night I get told they was told they couldn’t play as they had just walk in, the woman who went up to one of them was so rude even though my friend stayed calm. The guy calling out the cards was saying sorry which was genuine, one of the guys sitting next to him said to him can’t you take out some money and put it towards next week if they win, they agreed but still was so annoyed. Why ask them to play in the first place and then tell them they couldn’t it’s ridiculous, let’s say you’ve lost some customers as they won’t be going back and never will I after how you have treated them
