Incredible flavour and top-quality fish and chips. I visited twice during hospital appointments and was genuinely impressed both times. Although I wasn’t familiar with the Ashmore area, this spot is easily one of the best chippies in Wolverhampton

Used this chippy for a while now, but recently, the prices have gone through the roof, and portions have got smaller. The large chips are £5 now, and fish bites are small and round with an increase to £1 each. It wouldn't be that bad if they cooked freshly to order in their quieter periods. Recently, had a large bag of chips, which were cold and slightly stale tasting prob due to them sitting for so long. Also, the oil didn't seem fresh, as the chips were covered in black bits all over. Disappointed tbh especially for the price. Will stick to the one on stubby lane now. Sorry guys

The food is always lovely and delivery is quick but the last few times I've ordered, there is always something missing. one week it was mushy peas and twice they've not sent the kids drinks. If you ring them, they ask if you can collect the missing item. I've paid for delivery to have the entire order delivered.

Once again let down by this chippy. Paid for peas and curry sauce don't get it. Try to contact them, no chance. Do yourself a favour, go elsewhere.

This chippy has definitely gone down, the chips were scabby they looked liked they were from the day before. Will not be going again.

Nice food hot on delivery, only issue chicken kebab wrap was sloppy hardly any salad but I will order from here again perhaps not a kebab wrap. As all other food was lovely.

Takes them 50 mins to prepare an order on Uber eats and even after 50 mins it’s not ready lol ridiculous, just close down if you lack the ability to serve your customers on time, it’s now been 60 mins and it’s still not ready, absolutely pathetic and an embarrassment

Naan kebabs are huge, so tasty loads of meat, won’t go any where else!

Would give zero stars. We were delivered the completely wrong order. Called the chippy and they tried to claim they don’t receive a single penny from just eat orders therefore they won’t be giving us any more food. Please tell me why they would even use the just eat service if they didn’t receive a penny from the orders. Plus you don’t even get the full refund back. So no food and about £5 down.

Food was 20 minutes early, which meant that it had to be reheated when my wife came home from work. I specifically requested the time to ensure the food was fresh and hot when it arrived, to make things worse, the driver didn't seem to care.

couldn't eat wrap too soggy fell apart either greasy or too much sauce and mixed kebab and chips leaked grease and sauces through box/paper and all over my clothes so that was great cus it's not coming out

Food was great as always however curry sauce was very watery which is unusual from here as their sauce is usually nice and thick.

missing option to specify battered chips on meals so we get plain ones by default won't bother again if you cant even get that simple menu option right you shouldn't bother offereing deliveries until you can.

I had to throw it in the bin, the chips were just soggy, the meat was fatty in places and I asked for it with mayo but the mayo was all over the chips and everywhere so then I couldn’t have the curry sauce aswell so that was a waste of money. It was the worst I’ve had in a while unfortunately

Had a delivery tonight 13th July Food was awful . Only just warm and batter wasn't crispy . Very soggy Fish was tough as if old stock Ended in bin Avoid

Everything was soggy, not far off inedible. The taste of the chicken was good but a couple of the wings were black on the inside. Might need a better quality meat.

First time using this shop. Items missing. Food was cold. Chips were awful and looked like the potatoes used were rejects from every other chip shop. Fish had more batter than fish. Won't be using again.

The fish was burnt and once again the tub of sauce was missing from the special 3 times now this had happened.

Both burgers were burnt and the super burger had no cheese on it. This is the first order where the food quality was bad.
