Food took 2 hours and 30 minutes from point of order to then being delivered. The delivery driver could not find the house even after getting directions from me over the phone. Due to this the food was stone cold and my milkshake had completely melted I am appalled with this order as we are regular customers and never had this happen to us before.

I really enjoyed the food. The chicken tendered are nice and chunky so four is just enough and the chips are really nice too both the plain chips and the house specials.

Disappointed with how long I had to wait for food to be delivered then didn’t enjoy it because of the long wait

90 minutes from order. Phoned restaurant was told the food was ready but no driver. Food sat waiting for over 40 minutes. Food was cold. Chicken was dry.

I ordered at 7.09 and was told originally to expect a delivery time of around 20 minutes. The order didn't arrive until after 8.30. My children need to go to bed in advance of team sport to.orrow, if I had know the the delivery would be this long at point of order I wouldn't have proceeded

Food tasted amazing as usual but have to say the tenders were a lot smaller than usual.

Usually cant fault this place but tonight I was served old chips that tasted hours old the texture is lost if its not within the hour or so of cooking them. ya can't serve people chips that been sat 4 5 hours old taste like yesterday's chips. Cardboard texture Not very impressed today sorry. The rest was still on point for my new fave restaurant just a big letdown with the cardboard chips

Terrible food. Didn’t look anything like the picture or description. No garnish, chicken was spicy or hot. Fries were soggy. Really disappointed. Looks like it was just thrown in a box.

We've had a few orders from wingers now, we do enjoy the food but there have been a few mistakes lately, missing elements to the meals. The problem with this is the food is not cheap and when your paying a high price for your food you expect to receive everything that your order says in the description, unfortunately we were missing 2 chicken tender pieces in each of our last 8 chicken tender meals.

Kept pushing delivery time back. Food was cold and tasted of dish soap. Disappointed. Did ask for sauces to be on the side but this was ignored.

Delicious food. Wasn’t as piping hot which is a shame but the taste is exceptional! I’d order again! Tenders are huge, fries are delicious too!

I eat from you quite a lot normally don’t have a problem today there hardly any chips in my tenders box the chips that I did get was over cooked n soggy n I ask for extra sauce n didn’t get that was happy with food today..

worst experience. Didn't send sauce and sent us incorrect amount. When we called they said they can't do anything.

We ordered at 6.30 and it arrived at 7.55pm! The food was barely warm and the burger bun was soggy! We love wingers but the delivery is spoiling it. We tried to order a few weeks ago but ended up cancelling after waiting nearly 2 hours! Such a shame

Heard good things about this place. 2nd time of trying to order, the first a couple of months back they kept putting the delivery time back and back and it was going to be 2 hours after requested so I cancelled it. This time it was ‘ok’ but nothing to shout about. Far too saucy which makes everything soggy and the mac and cheese tasted like it was straight from a packet.

Wouldn’t let me collect so had to pay delivery fee to order the food. Also missing food from my meal. Very disappointed but food is always excellent

The wingers fries are my favourite from any takeaway. The wings are also fantastic

Chips were floppy and almost soggy. The bread of the burger was also soggy and basically fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Had to pick the chicken out to eat separately. Not great.

it's a shame because the quality of the food is fantastic but I've had the same driver twice and he is rude and has no customer service about him at all. Not one word exchanged. Just a lift of the eye brow so I knew to give him the 4 digit order number. Driver let's establishment reputation down, or review would be completely 5*

Just ordered the same as I normal on do and when the food come. All the chicken smelt and tasted like cigarettes which made the whole order uneatable and won’t be ordering from here again

Used to be quality but the last 3 orders of the exact same meal (bbq tenders/wingers fries) have come with worse and worse sauces/seasonings and lower quality chicken tenders. The wingers fries used to be incredible and now I can barely eat them they taste so bad. Won’t be returning, a big shame considering how good they used to be

I have ordered from here 3x now and I get the same thing every time. The Wingers Feast Bowl. You can choose from lots of different flavours. (See pic) very filling as well. I have tried 2 of the flavours. Red hot franks and Garlic Parmesan. The latter is my favourite. The only down side for me would be is all 3 times, the food comes warm and with in being in a box of slaw and salad, I don’t separate to reheat. I do enjoy it all the same though. I have also tried the Mac & cheese croquettes. Not for me.
