Always delicious food, the chicken wings are amazing. Sometimes the fries could be warmer, but that's the pay off for being lazy and relying on delivery service. A favourite!

2nd time our food gas been cold from this place otherwise they usually do a fab burger

Food was mediocre at best, ordered double chicken burger and the portion size was a smack in the face.

This is not the first time I’ve ordered from this restaurant and it won’t be the last!!!! The burgers are so tasty and you can tell they are homemade and the signature fries are unbelievable,I’d highly recommend them 👍🏻👍🏻😋😋

I ordered 2 buy one get one free but never got any of the free items. The food arrived cold even though we only live 10 mins away. There I barely any salad on the items

was slightly warm, would of been better if it was hot, but other than that it was very nice.

I went there today, they only have one option for veg and when I got my burger, and I asked for tomato ketchup, they ask 50p more for it. Further, they also do not provide ketchup with fries. Not worth it, taste is ok!

Nice cheap burgers. Nice sauce, quick and well made. Drink was nice as well, just a lot of ice in it.

Food is mediocre, I'd recommend Peppers. Literally the same menu but Peppers have better chefs hands down. Facilities are really good and the staff are kind of friendly.

Burger & Sauce consistently serve amazing flavours and taste every time i visit, and the service is always top tier. It is always kept extremely clean and also has a great seating area. Highly recommend! Naveen in particular, always delivers excellent service and is extremely welcoming to customers.

Only issue is they have the delivery person using a bicycle and the food tends to be like warm. If they had a faster mode of transport then perfect.

Really bad customer service. I informed the restaurant that I didn’t want any jalapeños on my chicken and cheese fries, as I’m allergic. It was clearly stated in the notes, when my delivery arrived the food was lukewarm & there was jalapeños on my fries. Called the restaurant and they said there was nothing they could do about it, they were sorry and I would need to complain through just eat 😐so now that’s food wasted that I’ve paid for!

I placed an order through Ubeats and was initially pleased that it was accepted. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, the order was suddenly marked as "delivered," even though I had not received it. Attempts to contact their customer support were futile, so I decided to order from another service. Unfortunately, I received no apology or explanation and was informed that I would need to wait 30 days for a refund. I strongly advise against ordering online from this service due to their lack of customer support and accountability.

First place I’ve ever ordered from that genuinely felt like it was just frozen stuff from asda slapped in boxes and sent to my door

Ordered food at 7:45, only just arrived at 9:43. Driver took 3 orders so went all over the place before delivering our order which took about an hour in itself. Bit gutting as we used this place before and order was perfect. More drivers fault than restaurant. Driver shouldn’t be allowed to make 3 deliveries so far apart.
