Good place good food good service

Lot of chemicals in the food, to cook that quick and cook quickly , in the long run not good for you

The food was late and was absolutely cold.

Best burger I have had in a while.

Saw some plain burger but where was the sauce raw or over cooked

Everything was on place and as usual delicious as always thank you .

Food was freezing cold plus food bag was open on arrival I would like a full refund

Naween served me, very good service. Nice food and clean premises.

I went there today, they only have one option for veg and when I got my burger, and I asked for tomato ketchup, they ask 50p more for it. Further, they also do not provide ketchup with fries. Not worth it, taste is ok!

Missing item from order, restaurant didn’t really care! Food was ok nothing special considering price arrived luke warm.

The food was brilliant. It did arrive a little later than expected but was extremely good. Will definitely order again.

Nice cheap burgers. Nice sauce, quick and well made. Drink was nice as well, just a lot of ice in it.

Food is mediocre, I'd recommend Peppers. Literally the same menu but Peppers have better chefs hands down. Facilities are really good and the staff are kind of friendly.

Burger & Sauce consistently serve amazing flavours and taste every time i visit, and the service is always top tier. It is always kept extremely clean and also has a great seating area. Highly recommend! Naveen in particular, always delivers excellent service and is extremely welcoming to customers.

The food is really nice and very quick service , the chicken strips are amazing however there was no cheese on my burger when I asked for only cheese.

The food is very good And naveen is very respectful And the restaurant is clean and tidy

Only issue is they have the delivery person using a bicycle and the food tends to be like warm. If they had a faster mode of transport then perfect.

Today i have ordered beef burgers. The taste was very delicious and fully worth it I highly recommend other.

Really bad customer service. I informed the restaurant that I didn’t want any jalapeños on my chicken and cheese fries, as I’m allergic. It was clearly stated in the notes, when my delivery arrived the food was lukewarm & there was jalapeños on my fries. Called the restaurant and they said there was nothing they could do about it, they were sorry and I would need to complain through just eat 😐so now that’s food wasted that I’ve paid for!

Fries with their trademark sauce are awesome as are their Burgers.

I placed an order through Ubeats and was initially pleased that it was accepted. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, the order was suddenly marked as "delivered," even though I had not received it. Attempts to contact their customer support were futile, so I decided to order from another service. Unfortunately, I received no apology or explanation and was informed that I would need to wait 30 days for a refund. I strongly advise against ordering online from this service due to their lack of customer support and accountability.

We ordered 4 Pepsi max glass bottles we got cans we called thaysaid no drivers available like loads times we said loads times we can bring them there No problems just kept saying message just eat and putting phone down so we have contacted just eat

First time ordering from here. The fish burger looked presentable but lacked any taste, very bland. Kids nuggets were a waste for my young kids as they were too spicy, not sure why they would do spicy food for kids. delivery was good.

Ordered food at 7:45, only just arrived at 9:43. Driver took 3 orders so went all over the place before delivering our order which took about an hour in itself. Bit gutting as we used this place before and order was perfect. More drivers fault than restaurant. Driver shouldn’t be allowed to make 3 deliveries so far apart.

One burger was burnt and the other one was cremated. Both burgers were cold.

Food was hot on delivery and delivery time good. Food always tastes good 👍

I come here regularly, i absolutely love their food one of the best in Wolverhampton! They have us a new dish which was the fishfinger and it was very delicious. I highly recommend this place! Thank you!

Really good and tasty,quick delivery and hot food

The food is always good, however it is never hot on arrival. Delivery times are also excessive. 2hours from placing order till delivery. Ordered at 4pm for delivery at 5.30pm, arrived at 6.06pm

I've ordered here a number of times since opening and the food is okay overall but there's something in the food (or sauces?) that makes me feel lethargic after eating it every time so I limit eating from this place. My other half experiences the same so its not limited to me. Recently ordered to try the wings and I was very disappointed with the amount of oil on them! See attached pic.

ordered 3 burgers, the chicken wotis the chicken is half the size of KFCs fillet burger. the 150oz beef was half the size of MacDonald Quarter pounder. the fish burger was same as any other fish burger. for the price not worth it. if they improved the meat quantity would make a difference. would not recommend it due to portions of the meat in burgers is really poor.

Ordered from here before and everything was fine but today all the order was cold. Chips, beef burger, chicken burger and nachos not hot at all. A shame as it is quite expensive. Don't think I'll order again for delivery, I will just go in if I'm up town to eat in. Requested a refund as it was not to standard. Cheese chilli bites were fine, bottle of Pepsi Max was fine and the 2 desserts were fine.

So, the burger was very lovely, however... the beef patty had a triangle cut out of it? and it was stone cold so thats a shame. would have been 10/10 otherwise, oh well.

Very good quality burgers. Lots of options and delicious sauce. The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly, and the food was served quickly. The restaurant itself was clean and had a good atmosphere. Only thing I'd mention (I liked it but) the music playing was an explicit Central Cee playlist, i.e. uncensored version, which fitted well, but some families may not be happy with that, especially at midday. We wish we'd tried it earlier, and would go again.
