We went for a friend’s 40th the staff were fantastic made sure we had everything we needed and the food was out of this world will definitely be back

Called in this morning for a bacon sandwich and got a perfect one. Thick bread and loads of bacon. Wrapped to keep warm. Spotlessly clean, pleasant staff and great food plus the ability to sit in. Will definitely be calling again

First visit this evening and definitely won't be the last. The very high Google reviews of Grill Guyz are not wrong. First class service; very friendly staff; fantastic food; clean environment; good value for money and complimentary Turkish tea offered to my wife and I due to the long wait (just worth adding that we were told the donner chicken had just been put on to cook so would take time so I chose to wait). Top marks for everything!

Had pizza from here last night I will not be using again! Absolutely awful, could not taste the filling at all just grease from the base they obviously do not clean the pans that the pizzas are made in.

Ordered some food off Uber eats on a whim wasn’t expecting much I’ll be honest. But it was insane food was amazing their chicken burgers were so so delicious and their loaded chicken strips. Highly highly recommend especially for the price it’s crazy!

A Diamond in the rough. Absolutely brilliant night with a tremendous atmosphere. Service was quick efficient and friendly all the locals made me feel welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed my evening. We would definitely recommend going to their live entertainment nights and days.

Pizzas are nice&fresh.. Fries also nice&fresh.. Prices are reasonable/fair.. Usually ready to collect within 10-15mins.. Becoming daily visitors at this place now haha

Ordered from the Walsall branch via Uber on 7th November. After 45 mins it hadn't arrived so requested an update via Uber, nothing. An hour passed so I called the branch where the member of staff 'claimed' the delivery driver stood outside my flat door for 15 minutes knocking. I'm in a secure apartment that requires buzzer entry and the flat is the size of a shoe box so you can hear a pin drop the other end; noone knocked, noone buzzed for entry. I asked why they never called but she 'claimed' they did; not one missed call on my phone. She then said she would have to cancel off the order and I they weren't redelivering, she ended the call, not even a goodbye. Uber did refund me the next day but what a joke!!!! Charging people for food they fake the delivery for! Never using them again. There are so many more pizza places, its not the end of the world. It's no wonder they've had to put 50% offers on for a sales boost in Q4, 50% service levels as well. Soon the sales will end though and they'll rely on their Trust Pilot rated 1.6 customer service for over priced pizza.
