Myself and my family have eaten here a lot of time me and my mom go on a Wednesday lunch time and have the 2 course for £7 cannot fault it and also me and my husband have had fish and chips on a Friday its a lovely place to go and the food and staff are lovely. Value for money

We have eaten from this takeaway for years with no problems. However, it has recently changed hands and when calling to order a collection was told they could no longer cater for my mother dairy allergy. We questioned this and asked if she could have her normal order in which they responded if you could have it before you can have it now but they cannot guarantee it wont have dairy in. I rang around to another local takeout and they were able to help. I will not be going back which is a shame as we have had some fantastic food.

Had a fantastic experience at The Rag Pub! The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, making it great value for money. Highly recommend and will definitely be back

Ladys and Gents, i have been in this pub a couple of times and love it. Today Tony the landlord after discussions on Guinness asked me to try a pint in his pub. I have drank Guinness im many pubs in the Cannock area and have to say i have never had a better pint. Come and try it, i bet you a pint im not wrong.

We had our engagement party here on the 3rd August, fantastic night had by all, buffet was brilliant everyone enjoyed the food, dj kept everyone on the dance floor, staff worked very hard making sure drinks kept flowing, overall a fantastic night would highly recommend for any functions. Thank you to all the management and staff for helping make our night one to remember.

Hard not to be biased, but this is my favourite pub by a mile. Traditional, pub with good food and drink. Live fire, dining room, bar and marquee area with a garden. Ideally situated on Cannock chase and dog friendly. What more could you ask for?
