Absolutely gone down hill, they have changed it too a halal kfc and it's so disgusting now..... used to be one of the best KFC's but as soon as they cater for ONLY one particular kind of people it has lost everything.... quality has never been worse

I hated the food and almost everything about this reataurNt as it was overpriced the food was terrible and the service was rubbish

Esto es tan decepcionante Fumo es una cadena de restaurantes encantadora, pero esta realmente los defrauda. De principio a fin, fue un desastre que, cuando estás celebrando ver amigos para ponerte al día, no es lo que quieres en absoluto. Desde el primer momento en que entramos nos trataron con arrogancia del camarero que también fue el portavoz oficial por no haber reservado, está en el medio de una tienda por los cielos. Dije que estaríamos bastante contentos de estar sentados en el bar mientras esperábamos al resto de nuestro grupo y luego iríamos a otro lado a comer, lo cual no fue una sorpresa. Esto resultó en un pequeño cambio de actitud. Pedimos, ya que no nos habían dicho que la comida llegaría en horarios diferentes, así que ninguno de nosotros podía comer juntos. Estábamos ordenando desde el menú del almuerzo, no compartiendo. El gerente hizo una recompensa pero nuestro tiempo allí estaba arruinado y no volvería. Hay muchos lugares excelentes para comer cerca. No cometas el mismo error que cometimos.

Ordered off uber but no one came and they don’t even answer the phone

El personal era educado, sin embargo vinimos aquí para comprar dos bebidas al costo de £ 1. 89 cada uno y helado al costo de £ 2. 20 . Cuando vinimos a pagar, la señora que nos sirvió nos cobró £ 12. Siento que la señora acaba de pagar el precio. Es mi culpa por no volver a interrogarla sobre esto. Así que solo un aviso si vas a comprar en esta tienda.

Terrible Decor, 200 guests max. parking available. serve your own guests...saw NO staff would not recommend place to anyone.. MUST have better place's in Birmingham than this

Got home and half my order was missing and incorrect items. Phoned up, but could not understand staff.

If I could give a zero rating i would!. I asked about breakfast subs and meal deals as none of these items were being advertised in store. The price of the Egg and cheese breakfast sub started at " i think its £2.10 or maybe £2.20 and by the time we got to the till it was "oh, sorry its actually £2.50 and 10p extra for a bag" . The lady just made up her prices as she went along, awful customer service !
