Esto es tan decepcionante Fumo es una cadena de restaurantes encantadora, pero esta realmente los defrauda. De principio a fin, fue un desastre que, cuando estás celebrando ver amigos para ponerte al día, no es lo que quieres en absoluto. Desde el primer momento en que entramos nos trataron con arrogancia del camarero que también fue el portavoz oficial por no haber reservado, está en el medio de una tienda por los cielos. Dije que estaríamos bastante contentos de estar sentados en el bar mientras esperábamos al resto de nuestro grupo y luego iríamos a otro lado a comer, lo cual no fue una sorpresa. Esto resultó en un pequeño cambio de actitud. Pedimos, ya que no nos habían dicho que la comida llegaría en horarios diferentes, así que ninguno de nosotros podía comer juntos. Estábamos ordenando desde el menú del almuerzo, no compartiendo. El gerente hizo una recompensa pero nuestro tiempo allí estaba arruinado y no volvería. Hay muchos lugares excelentes para comer cerca. No cometas el mismo error que cometimos.

Después de pasar un viaje de compras en Selfridges, el personal le informó que el Fumo en el 4 ° piso era un buen lugar para comer. Por favor, aléjate de este restaurante ya que el servicio es terrible después de haber sido visto a un asiento y nos preguntó si nos gustaría agua, luego esperamos durante mucho tiempo para el agua y todavía esperamos que nuestra orden de comida sea tomada. Midlands Art Centre Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham B12 9QH EnglandWe tend to stop by after parkrun for a drink and a chat where we understand it’s busy, but often we find ourselves extremely disappointed by the service and the quality of drinks. Flat whites are never hot enough and generally take far too long to order and then to receive the drink. Last Saturday we ordered an oat milk flat white, a flat white and a green smoothie, with a croissant. I asked to take the croissant there and then which caused the lady serving to roll her eyes. The drinks took about 15 mins to arrive which is standard, but like most weeks, the waitress didn’t know which was the oat milk and which was the normal flat white. We finished our flat whites before they went cold, but shockingly I got the smoothie about 15 mins after we’d finished the coffees, having had to go up and enquire twice about it. No apology received. No urgency. Guy manning the hot food hatch where the smoothie eventually appeared from was too busy on his phone and almost took pleasure in my frustration with a grin on his face the whole time. His only feedback “it’ll be ready shortly”. Not what I want to hear after half an hour of waiting already. Would avoid this cafe and go elsewhere as we often leave frustrated and regretting money spent.
