Perfect Pizza (B9) in Birmingham

Ordered in Uber eats , said will be 15 mins called 3 times saying the same thing it’s been an hour and half absolutely useless

Took my money and didn't deliver the food. Quite a bad experience really.

Bad experience ! To start with the website is very misleading (Buy One Get one Free) the pizza arrived (only one) I question the driver (uber) he said in fairness im just the driver! "stated I get this complaint alot" ! lets talk about the 9 inch pizza I paid £12.00, practically nothing as described the toppings etc ,was way over cooked to the extent it was almost burnt, So called them said this unacceptable ! asked about 1 get 1 free, and the quality of pizza ! they put phone down on me ! I also didnt realise they only have 2 star hygiene out of 5, my advice is stay away from this company! the previous reviews also reflect this!
