Ordered off uber but no one came and they don’t even answer the phone

Ordered a pizza from here it was smelly and disgusting never again

My sister arranged for me to attend the reggae brunch on the 21st December for my 50th birthday. It’s was booked around 2 months ago. I was really looking forward to it but on arrival I was met with a rather rude woman. Me and my son were approaching the venue and was told quite abruptly that we couldn’t go in and that the brunch didn’t start until 2pm. Not a hello or anything. I was taken aback and things went south from there. The DJ arrived about 40 mins late my family had started to arrive and were not able to enter the building even though we were told to arrive early and it was past 2pm. We paid £45 for food and entry we were served the smallest plate of food not worth the money at all. The venue was freezing cold and the rum punch did t have a lick of rum in it! Fiona tried to charge one of my guests at the door who had already paid she has no people skills at all and is probably the reason that the venue was half empty and that management were still trying to sell tickets a couple of days before the party. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth this was was meant to be a special celebration. One good thing about it was the DJ’s were really good Improvements need to be made before you lose business because of the rudeness of Fiona!
