I would never eat from here again the chicken taste raw like it aint been cooked probaly by the front door there are rat droppings plz avoid

Friendly and efficient staff, fresh food with a great taste.

This is based on the Longbridge branch (couldn't find them on here conveniently) Based on the smallest of glances, I can easily tell im not the only one with the opinion. However the rudeness of the staff in this place is a quite frankly a joke. Understandably you dont need qualifications to get a job in greggs, but common courtesy in retail you'd think is a must. This isnt the first time ive been spoke too like crap, and this rant stems from the simplest of issues regarding no eye contact and staring at the till, to them not offering a bag (which i know you pay for) before id already paid. I ask for the bag, she sticks her hand out and said "5p". No manners or anything. I stared at her (no eye contact still). I'm proud of myself for not saying anything as I was raging inside, and this obviously got to me as i dropped my wallet and then dropped the bag i was eventually given. On a side note, even though there has been ridiculous rudeness previously, I ask for a bag and they didnt charge me. Maybe they felt bad for not offering it in the first place.

Wow got to be the smallest kebabs for your money in Burton. Shocking! No salad to speak of, tough meat, hard nan bread, don't know how they have got the nerve charging anything for such slop. Give this place a miss!

It's a takeaway, and I recommend them , very nice food , my local takeaway is a big letdown, so I thought I'd try these guys out about 5 months ago, I've going there ever since food is spot on bloody lovely, my Mrs thinks so too. Nice friendly people too.

I’ve used this takeaway a number of times during the pandemic and have always been pleased. However, the latest delivery was another story: They do a dish called ‘Nawabi’ that is supposed to be Chicken tikka wrapped with minced meat, shallow fried, served in a slightly spicy bhuna sauce. I’ve eaten it before and really enjoyed it. This time, there was no chicken tikka in the meatballs and so hot with chilli that I couldn’t eat it. Additionally, my partner’s Mixed meat pasanda included prawns – I’m not sure who would consider this ‘meat’. Fortunately, she does not have a seafood allergy, but the dish wasn’t entirely pleasant. It’s a pity, I’d enjoyed the food before.

Worst customer service we went in so we could sit and eat and went up to the counter some girl came out and shouted at the top of her lungs no you cannot order here you have to order from the portals I said I have only cash well you can't eat here then what a cheek I was there to order 3 meals and had to leave and go and buy food elsewhere never again will I go to this outlet
