Greggs in Birmingham

This is based on the Longbridge branch (couldn't find them on here conveniently) Based on the smallest of glances, I can easily tell im not the only one with the opinion. However the rudeness of the staff in this place is a quite frankly a joke. Understandably you dont need qualifications to get a job in greggs, but common courtesy in retail you'd think is a must. This isnt the first time ive been spoke too like crap, and this rant stems from the simplest of issues regarding no eye contact and staring at the till, to them not offering a bag (which i know you pay for) before id already paid. I ask for the bag, she sticks her hand out and said "5p". No manners or anything. I stared at her (no eye contact still). I'm proud of myself for not saying anything as I was raging inside, and this obviously got to me as i dropped my wallet and then dropped the bag i was eventually given. On a side note, even though there has been ridiculous rudeness previously, I ask for a bag and they didnt charge me. Maybe they felt bad for not offering it in the first place.

Great staff. Good food. In fact all good. manager on the day was helpful as usual. She is polite and very much professional. It's a shame that all Gregg's s aren't the same.

We visited Greggs while on a shopping spree to Birmingham.we decided to get something light to eat.so-we decided to go in to Greggs for a bite to eat,we had a salad sandwiches they were dry Tasteless.i started looking around and other customers was noticing how dirty the Tables were. The floor was messy with food all over it when staff cleans the tables they brush the food onto the chairs & floor,they don’t clean up after themselves.customers complained about the food all over the chairs & floor. .first & last time I will visit Greggs in Birmingham city centre Better places to have a Quick bite to eat than Greggs

Rolls were fresh, crisp and delicious at a decent price, the Danish I had was fine and service friendly, a modest but sufficient local bakers,

What do you expect, it's a greggs. Got all the usual stuff and is actually a good thing for the locality. Kids will nag you for a cake every time you pass!

Staff are well presented, extremely friendly, always willing to help. The place looks fantastic. Tables inside and out. Surrounded by lots of local businesses.

The shop is always. Busy and popular I used to use it quite a lot but just lately the standards have dropped a bit Eating in tables messy and had to clean them myself Loud people in their with their even louder children. Bacon roll and coffee excellent value and staff try their best
