We absolutely love this curry house - delicious food, very reasonably priced and friendly staff :) we will continue to come back!

Popped in today for a relaxed pub lunch whilst on a return journey back to Cornwall. Searched prior to our journey and selected The Black Horse as we were travelling with our dog and it seemed dog friendly, as it turned out it was exceptionally dog friendly. As the weather was great we sat outside and enjoys rolls that were amazing which came with a lovely side salad. Would highly recommend.

I regularity go to this café as is is the cheapest and the best I have found in the whole Portishead area and good in comparison to Bristol offerings. Its not posh but it provides a great meal before a walk on the sea front. Go! Try it!

Always good service and beautiful food. Happy friendly atmosphere. Often meet with a friend for tea and cake but also have had the best breakfast freshly cooked with lots of choice.

Always have a take away option - friendly staff and food tastes great and ready on time. Definitely recommend. Can eat in too. Restaurant looks appealing. Busy when I collected order - always a good sign and plenty of parking outside.

Great tasting food on a menu with plenty of choices ; attentive without being obtrusive service. Would have no hesitation in returning as prices are also reasonable with generous portions.
