The best restaurants in Cowick Exeter South West

Such an amazing service! The food was so good and the portion sizes were massive.

We happened across this little place this evening and had to write a glowing report as it was a true delight. We arrived to a friendly welcome and sat at a small heated table on a brisk November evening. The food was absolutely delicious, very generous portions and served with a really pleasing amount of salad. I can't wait to return!

Beautiful decks but thats where compliments stop. absolutely no service. All Small potions except mac and cheese, once we were given our meals we never saw a waitress again. We were a family get together, a party of 10 all adults and they missed out on a lot of custom .

Wonderful venue the Wedding reception was Brilliant the head barman and the waitress looked after us all day to make our day so memorial The Cider flowed long into the night happy days.

Can't thank you enough for accommodating a large family gathering on a sunday with less than 24 hours notice! The Carvery was amazing, great choice of veg and 4 meats. The staff were really friendly, polite and even though extremely busy always had a smile. Will definitely be back for some more pork crackling!!

We've tried a few Chinese takeways in Exeter and they've all been 'OK' but no better than that, until we tried Oriental express. This place was the most recent, and as of then, is the ONLY place we'll go as everything was excellent, apart from the food which was AMAZING. You definitely won't get a better Chinese meal than what you get here.
