We had a lovely lunch at Springtide in Charlestown the food and service was great and the chowder was delicious! Thanks for having us!

Dine in | £1–10 Great service with a friendly welcome. When asked if cakes were suitable for vegetarians he made sure by checking the ingredients. Vegan and vegetarian cakes kept separate in clear display cases. Great choice of coffees, served piping hot, shame to be served in paper cups but delicious nevertheless. Cakes were a rich, luscious delight. Would have liked plates, serviettes and a fork for the cakes instead of a paper bag. Will definitely be visiting again.

Fuimos recibidos por Sarah la dueña que nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Los pasteles caseros expuestos se veían deliciosos, pero me puse nervioso y solo tomé una olla de té. Mi marido tomó un café con leche y huevos revueltos en tostadas integrales, que dijo que eran increíbles. Definitivamente volveremos.

Wonderful thai food from this place. Its such a shame that she suddenly left the market. We was looking forward to having more but to our horror she has left. I will be keeping an eye out to see where this lady goes, would be such a shame if she stopped cooking for us all.

I called in at this unassuming place for a take out chicken burger, it was so nice we went back for a meal the following night. We had a beef burger, a pizza and a steak, all were cooked to perfection with a bit of a twist. Such a shame we are going home tomorrow as we would have loved to come again. Staff are all lovely-friendly and helpful.

Excellent food at the right price. Fast efficient service. Well presented meal. Will definitely visit again.

The freshest Scallops I've ever had. Straight off the boat, and service with a smile. Why bother with pricey restaurants?

I think this is the best restaurant in Cornwall. It hits all the right notes. It is incredible value for money, the food is outstanding. The portion sizes are just right. The cocktails are beautiful and super delicious and the wine list is excellent. The menu changes with the seasons and is small but perfectly formed - so very cleverly worked out as there is always something for everyone. The staff are exceptional - so friendly and attentive and so very committed to ensuring your visit is perfect. Reservations are essential at weekends and especially in the summer. I’ll go again and again.

A huge rum selection to cater for all tastes. Service was excellent. Decorative benches by previous customers. Outdoor sitting is lovely to enjoy views of Charlestown.

Went to Crinnis beach on 06 April and had a selection of cakes including the banana bread. All were absolute delicious, but the toasted banana bread was out of this world. Will be back for more very soon.

What a beautiful place in a lovely setting. It was my birthday and my daughter contacted them before hand to let them know it was a birthday celebration and on arrival I was met with a glass of Procesco which was a lovely start to a very relaxed evening. Staff were attentive enough that you were left alone to enjoy the evening and the food was excellent. I didn’t try a dessert as was so full from the lovely calamari and house breads that we shared and the fresh fish and chips. Highly recommended - and found out they also provide a take away service, which I’ll be using! Thank you Springtide and all staff for a lovely evening.

As usual The Galley provides the very best lunchtime snacks. Tuna sweetcorn sandwich full of tuna on delicious bread. Hot mug of tea to wash it down. I took two cream teas away to eat later with my husband. Large home made scones. There is nothing in Charlestown to beat this place and the prices are so reasonable. Try the crab sandwiches!! Fantastic

Fresh as you can get mussels from 1km away- you can see the mussel farm from the beach! Fries were also crispy and excellent quality. Sophie gave us excellent service and we can't wait to return 😍

Easily the best chippy I've ever had. It's got that extra attention to detail. Save your appetite. Don't you even dare order fish and chips in the nearby pubs when you can go here!
