Spicy spuds were lovely, chicken shish kebab, should have bought cat food

Lovely staff member working at 7am this morning. So helpful on the drive thru. She went above and beyond to ensure my coffee was the right temperature for me, thank you so much, I wish I had got her name.

Service was good and never had a problem. Food has gone downhill though. Cheapest of chicken nuggets with no flavour and mushy. I know it’s for kids but 🤮. I asked if the fish was frozen Goujons or fresh for the fish goujon ciabatta and was told they are fresh and homemade. What a load of rubbish, they are bland frozen crap with 4 very small ones to fit a large bun with limp lettuce and awful tartar sauce. Kids bolognaise was ok but pasta was mush and overcooked. Chicken burger was ok but chewy breast and bland. Best Buy was the salad and even then the cherry tomatoes x2 were left whole🤣 quite disappointed as last time is was quite nice.

Disappointment that the seating closes at 7pm so you have to eat in your vehicle the person who I asked at burger was just rude just said no was quite taken back by her blunt and unkind attitude will report this due to Burger King not closing till 10 pm so why can’t they close down a section of seating 30 minutes before closing?
