The best restaurants in Bristol, City of South West

Have been using this shop for over 30 years. It's definitely the best fish and chip shop in the area.

After hearing lots about Geppeto’s, me and my girlfriend made a special journey to try their pizzas today. We were not disappointed! Especially having counted that we have tried around twelve pizzerias in Bristol, in the last year. We had the double pepperoni, Nuts and Beets and Red, White and Goo, all of them fantastic! Great thin and crispy crust, and amazing flavours. The marscapone and blue cheese dip was also so creamy and delicious!

My favourite restaurant by far! We nearly cried after eating the carpaccio starter. The wine was succulent. The food amazing quality! The atmosphere is really relaxed and friendly. The staff are so busy but they are constantly smiling and if you need anything they are seconds away! We don’t live locally but we look forward to visiting again next year!

This place is a lesser known GEM in Bristol! I've not found a good quality & authentic South Indian/ Sri Lankan restaurant in town. I mean quality ingredients and flavour 💯

We hired Cor for our wedding breakfast and we are so glad we did! The food was incredible, so much choice (and quantity), it was easy to cater for all our guests. Tallulah made the planning easy and stress-free and the day ran so smoothly, we had such a wonderful time and our guests loved it. Would highly recommend!

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever been to, definitely the best in Bristol

Ordered Americano and orange cake. Both tasted good and nice vibe. However there were 2 maggots crawling on the chair next to me. It just made me very uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to finish my drink and leave. Change seating, and notice that on the chair there were leftover food crumbs too. Drink and food is good, but a major health and safety concern when there’s a few maggots on different chairs. Later realised that the maggots were falling down from the ceiling, packed my food and just left.

Such a lovely place! The food is amazing and great value, menu in rotation so there's always something new to try! Not only is the food great but the lovely lady who works there is absolutely the best and so friendly! The conversations are great! I always come back as it is so close to the University. Amazing service and amazing food, shall always find an opportunity to come back

Nice authentic Turkish restaurant

Had a 4 day mini-break in Bristol and ended up having a dine-in and takeaway on 2 nights. Both the pizzas and the customer service were excellent! Although, this charming restaurant/takeaway isn't in the city centre, it's very close to a bus stop with a very good bus service that'll take you to/from the city centre!
