The best restaurants in Brize Norton and Shilton West Oxfordshire South East

We met up with some friends in this delightful pub for a Sunday Christmas lunch. The food was exceptional, there was plenty of it, it was hot and well presented. We all had a three course Christmas dinner, and we could not fault it at all. The pub is very cosy and the stuff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend but booking is advisable.

This is another trip to Humble bumble cafe ..a really - and I mean really excellent cafe in Brize Norton Toasties ; pasties ; scones ( the cheese are superb ) ; cakes ; brownies ☺️ Today was me having the parsnip soup And take away festive sausage rolls The parsnip soup .. just the BEST .. I’ve had in ages .. lightly spiced and so parsnipy Really good cheese and chutney toastie I’m not very local .. but I’ll be back ☺️

Great beers and a warm atmosphere

We stayed at The Swan Inn for two nights on a walking trip and absolutely loved it! The inn is simply lovely and the area surrounding it is beautiful too. We were welcomed when we arrived, even though we were a boy early and when our rooms were ready the amazing, kind and helpful staff members were quick to assist us and show us our rooms. The rooms were phenomenal! So beautiful and well appointed with everything we could ask for and more! My wife and I stayed in a room that overlooked part of the garden and out into the rolling farmland, just WOW! We had several meals and beverages while we stayed and both were excellent! The breakfast and dinners were delicious and generous and again the staff was kind, friendly, helpful and just wonderful! I highly recommend you visit and stay at The Swan Inn.

Visited for lunch today with friends. Had a nice warm welcome. Food was good although we felt a little expensive. Service was good. Ambience was good. Will visit again

Food was amazing Staff were lovely. Couldn't have been more polite and friendly. Plenty of parking space despite it being busy. A proper pub with proper British food. Fab.

Amazing carvery and the most child friendly restaurant I have found in all of Oxfordshire. They do still exist. Hooray.
