The best restaurants in Ampfield and Braishfield Test Valley South East

The fireworks night last weekend was superb! I’ve not been to such a well organised family-friendly event like this before. The entry/ticket-check was a smooth swift process and very well organised. The food options were just what a November night out needed. Hot, fresh, and varied. The burgers were amazing! The fireworks were on for nearly 15mins, and were spectacular! Someone in our group arrived late and said cars on the main road outside had parked up on the verge…to watch the fireworks!

Went today. Easter Sunday for a Meal. We had a roast which there was only chicken. When it came most of it was leg and thigh. But mostly bones. Very little vegetables not cooked very well and a overdone Yorkshire pudding. Very watery gravy. Not nice at all. £19?? My son had the burger. Was ok but very small amount of chips. £18. He then had to pay another £3-89 for onion rings and a very tiny pot of coldscar. Again not nice and over priced for the amount. We both had bad tummies when we got home.!!! My

We had Sunday lunch here as a group of 12 and everything was amazing! We pre-ordered our food and it came soon after we sat down. The extra dessert orders we placed on the day were no problem and the staff were all so accommodating. The added bonus was the enclosed children’s play area which I didn’t know was there when I booked. The children loved it! Will definitely return when we are in the area again.

Didn’t have any food but the menu looked good bar staff disappeared waited for our second drink 10 minute know one could be seen

Great food and friendly efficient service. The vegan Indian sharer was lovely, the main course of curries were good too, and one of our party stayed traditonal with the chicken caesar salad.
