As always,, attentive service with a smile. Great food choices and well cooked. Reasonable prices. Offering genuine Nepalese and traditional Indian cuisine.

Always helpful and polite and mark does his best to accommodate any requirements the customers have. Often sports on tv or live music. Burger Wednesdays are a bargain.

Not great, although i must mention that all of the staff were amazing! We booked a one night stay with dinner credit, a massage and use of spa facilities. When we arrived we were told the restaurant was fully booked but we can order food at the bar. The bar area was tiny and the hotel was busy so we ended up sitting in our room all night and using room service. Although the chap who delivered our food was very nice, there was some confusion around our dinner credit (even though it's stated on the in room menu!) Which meant he had to come back halfway through our meal. The spa facilities are tiny and after around 15 mins we'd had enough. The next day we were in our robes ready for our treatment as it was 15 mins away.....phone call from the spa as someone was sick and they'd moved our treatments to 1.30.....2.5 hours after checkout time. The reception were very helpful and we were given a refund. Again, all the staff were really nice. We booked this stay as we wanted a nice dinner in a restaurant and a massage, we got neither and the whole visit felt like a bit of a shambles. We won't be returning.

The food was excellent! I had paneer pizza and it was cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful. I highly recommend Rocco's!

Firstly I am not convinced on the sourdough, it certainly didn't look like the photos I can see on here which is a sourdough pizza. It could there is so much cheese on the pizza that it is hard to tell....The amount of cheese was excessive. I ordered the Salsiccia E Pepperoni & the meat wasn't great either. I also ordered chicken strips which come covered in the sauce that you have to choose when ordering, it made the strips soggy & not enjoyable. The best bit was the can of Miranda & that came warm - thankfully I had ice in the freezer. It took around 45 minutes to arrive despite Deliveroo saying it would take 20 minutes. Safe to say I will not be ordering from here again, very disappointing!

Good food thank you, the only point was the ribs were not as tender as usual

cheesecake was frozen so having to wait for it to defrost if I wanted a frozen pudding I would have gone to Iceland and the milkshakes just tasted of pure sugar with no flavour

Have had breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the hotel restaurant and all were lovely. The staff at Frimley are simply the best, fun and friendly, big shout out to Matthew who was an amazing bar man on our first night and waiter when we dined and really made our stay great! For dinner, I ordered from the Indian menu, the prawn starter was so yummy and plenty of them. I had the chicken tikka masala for main and it tasted so authentic and lots of it! My husband had the ribeye steak for his main and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I honestly don’t know what people are complaining about, I’ve had the best experience in this restaurant all weekend!
