To start on a positive note the food is pretty good. The annoying menopausal staff tried to move us 3 times and waited for us to move to another spot before telling us we can't sit there because we have a dog (the place she told us to go to) and then we end up sitting next to the food prep room anyway. And if you have ADHD or and audio issues that stupid bell 🔔 above the door will drive you mental.

The best atmosphere ever. The welcome supplied by Mary and Kerry is something I have never experienced in a pub before. They create a fun and friendly culture that makes anyone that is lucky enough to find this gem feel welcome. They care about their customers as friends and if I’m honest the worst thing about the Fountain is that it is often difficult to leave 😂. And I haven’t mentioned Scampi, Bungle and Bertie-May the cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛ 🐈 🤗 Don’t hesitate give the Fountain a go…

After going through a refurbishment programme. The newly opened restaurant is now got the open planned look, giving you a much more friendly atmosphere. We had an excellent meal served by friendly staff (Lucy and Jules)

We were serviced by very nice and professional lady called Courtney. Food and service really nice, place clean. Really enjoyed the visit

We got there at 10:55 so we could have items from the breakfast menu, they come back to take are order at 11:02. We ordered as we planned from the breakfast menu to be told we were too late and the breakfast had finished at 11:00. If that’s the case take your clients orders when they arrive not wait until it’s too late for them to order the food they came for.

Just had a late lunch in the restaurant. Great service and cosy, food was ok.
