The best restaurants in Rowlands Castle East Hampshire South East

Went here for a nice coffee and cake, we were welcomed by lovely staff, sat at a clean table and watched the people walk by. The coffee and cake were truly lovely as well. Also the toilets were very clean which is always a good sign. Trust me you won’t regent going here and we think it’s better than M&S now.

The best atmosphere ever. The welcome supplied by Mary and Kerry is something I have never experienced in a pub before. They create a fun and friendly culture that makes anyone that is lucky enough to find this gem feel welcome. They care about their customers as friends and if I’m honest the worst thing about the Fountain is that it is often difficult to leave 😂. And I haven’t mentioned Scampi, Bungle and Bertie-May the cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛ 🐈 🤗 Don’t hesitate give the Fountain a go…

My son booked a table for 6. 4 adult ,2 children, a week b4 mother's day. We arrived 15 mins early, asked to go in other bar as the table was still occupied, 45 mins later we asked if table was ready, they were cleaning it a third time by now it was 4.30. They didn't know what was going on , another table of 8 people had been waiting 2 hours and still not been served. We spoke again to the bar staff. Said we we're leaving, she replied ,we'll get a table as soon as we can. What and wait 2 hrs for our food that hadn't even been ordered.. I've never given a bad review b4, but honestly it ruined my day.. They need bar staff, that know what their doing. As for the cook, over 2 hrs for the other table? And still no sign of a starter.. ridiculous!!!

Kathy was great, very friendly, very attentive, breakfast was also very good , will definitely be back, more people like Kathy please 😁

Took my mum for Mother’s Day . Even though very busy the staff were excellent. I’ve been before and will go again . The food is nice and coffee good!

Visited the garden centre and farm shop . It has ample free parking and provides a carry to car service.

Great Harvester which has been given a makeover since the last time we came last year. Kathy was our waitress who was very friendly and helpful. Food was as good as the last time, BBQ Stack chicken was tender and tasty as was the Half Chicken Rotisserie. Highly recommended we will be back!

Fabulous little find. Was looking for a place for Breakfast and found the Robin Hood. Great choice of Breakfast and lovely view. Food tasted fab and good portion sizes. Great friendly service as well. Well worth a visit.
