The best restaurants in Boxgrove Chichester South East

I stayed here and it was fantastic . Great food good drink a lovely clean room and superb staff. Faultless 2 night stay and it was brilliant. I have stayed twice before and it was just as good

I was very impressed with everything this pub had to offer. I came here for a roast dinner and I can honestly say it was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time, the whole dish was presented beautifully and the food was absolutely delicious. The pricing of the roasts were perfect in proportion to the size as they were big. Our servers were Jacob and April and they made us feel extremely welcome and were very attentive. I would definitely recommend The Partridge Inn for a roast. I have yet to dine here during the week so I’m very excited to try what they have to offer.

We were a group of 25 odd, half of which were children, dining just after Christmas - so, tricky to manage even during non-holiday times. The staff at this pub were amazing. They handled the complexity of a group of our size well and managed everything brilliantly. The service was excellent, the food great and they even provided table based activities for the kids. In a sad time when it seems most pubs have lost the art of good service this pub is one of the few that hasn't. Add to that the great food and the atmosphere of a busy bar. We couldn't fault it and would highly recommend dining here.

Nos alojamos en el hotel Goodwood y una señora que conocí que vive localmente recomendó este pub para una comida. Tuvimos una comida encantadora, deliciosa comida principal y pudín! Tiene la sensación de un pub local y está en el corazón de un pueblo encantador y el personal nos hizo sentir muy bienvenido! Buena relación calidad-precio y sin duda vale la pena una visita!

I often visit the lovely cafe at West Dean. The coffee and cakes are excellent, and lunch equally so. The cafe is very pleasant, and parts are dog friendly. The staff are very welcoming, the choices are good, and sitting outside even wrapped in a thoughtfully provided blanket, is a real treat. I definitely would recommend for coffee and cake, or a light lunch. No booking, but I have never been unable to find a seat.

The white horse has been a family favourite for years but unfortunately we left very underwhelmed this last visit. The place itself is nice but the food has gone downhill. We ordered the venison sausages which had mustard mash and the gnocci. The Gnocci didn’t resemble gnocci and was tasteless. The sausages were nice but there was also no flavouring at all for the mash. Perhaps a one off but it’s unlikely we’ll be back anytime soon.

Un menú bastante limitado. Sin embargo, la comida era excelente y a un precio justo Uno de nosotros tenía Scampi y el otro el Bacon, Brie y Cranberry Ciabatta. Buenas porciones. El servicio fue eficiente. Los asientos eran muy básicos y cantina.

The home made food really is tasty and quite different so you should find it interesting. A nice cafe to supplement a visit to Westdean gardens next door. Nice big pot of tea thank you. You can enjoy the garden out the back if the weather lets you.

Un grupo de nosotros tuvimos almuerzo de Navidad allí hoy y fue excelente. Todo estaba recién cocinado - - terrina con chutney casero, un pavo obviamente cocinado en casa con todos los adornos, pudín de Navidad con salsa de brandy y café y un delicioso pastel picado. Todo hecho en sus propias cocinas y servido por personal muy amable y dispuesto que quería un favor. Pagamos £ 20 por cabeza, que es más que excelente relación calidad-precio cuando uno piensa en los precios en los restaurantes de Chichester y por lo que no tengo tiempo para las personas que hacen quejas sobre las verduras u otros pequeños niggles.
