This is the third time in a row we have been disappointed. Last time they served burnt chips and it was 1hr 40 mins between starter and main. Last night was quicker but ! Starter of oil and balsamic served in one dish and the balsamic was fused to the bottom, despite whisking with fork, balsamic refused to budge from the bottom, probably been sitting in the dish for some time. Both steaks were perfectly cooked, what there was of it, as over a third of each was fat and gristle. The chips tasteless, all bits and different sizes, no taste, think they were frozen supermarket basic. Tables were sticky, needed a good clean. Will NOT be giving them our custom again. So disappointed :(

Service is very slow ,i never seen like that at any another Mcdonald , I have waited for delivery half an hour still didn't get it as a delivery driver.

The worst breakfast we've ever had. Greasy deep fried bread, solid, dry black pudding, overcooked fried eggs, cold mushrooms but on the plus side decent sausages and good cup of tea. Go elsewhere.

Ordered through the app and a burger and 2 dips were missing despite being charged for them. How hard is it to read an order form with 2 meals on and still get it wrong! The 2 x large chips for the meals wouldn't even constitute a small portion. Absolutely shocking that they treat customers like this.
