McDonald's in Oldham

I finally feeling bit better after food poisoning from McDonald's i never ordered latte with too much sugar in the coffee the food was Horrible they should do something about this's not right

Food is soggy and freezing missing items

Cold food the fries tasted old and try like from the day before not fresh this is the 3rd time having issue with this

Didn’t get none off chips or strawberry milkshake

Ordered pancakes with sausage and syrup and we only got pancakes in all 4 boxes

Delivery driver was rude and basically threw my food at me bad attitude sorry this jobs not for you pal food cold drinks everywhere not happy when you spend £50 on an order

Delivery driver does more than one stop before i recieved my food so due to this my paid for food was cold..not acceptable

What can you say. It's always busy and there are lots of Uber drivers. Parking is a bit awkward, but it was a quick drop-in for a breakfast that was ruined! The atmosphere in this was rubbish, very dull. Typical fast food with no personality! Shame. It could be so different, but most of them feel the same. It's cheap food sold fast and thrown at you. I rarely attend these places and always feel deflated when I leave, and I might add I went in with someone who actually wanted to go!

The order never arrived, but the app said it arrived, no option to say never got it, I had to say missing items but the delivery and service was still charged. It just said I requested a refund.

3rd time here. Each time something wrong. 1st time food missing, 2nd time THE BURGER PATTY missing from burger, and now 3rd time ordered chocolate milkshake, the screen showed strawberry, but we heard manager saying it's chocolate, that's fine. We then confirmed is that chocolate milkshake she said yes. Food arrived, it's banana milkshake. How incompetent. Disappointed.

Order for delivery and they forgot the bl&@dy dips again…!!!!! I don’t know how many times we have to put up with this. Why can they not pay attention to the orders and get them right ??? Also food cold, all of it had to be microwaved… again…! Probably explains why it took almost an hour to be delivered. Never again, that’s my last order, only given Atmosphere 3 star as it’s construed neutral given its not a pick up, otherwise 1 star for all !!

Typical McDonalds, food passable, toilets on the neglected side. The one thing I will say for this place, is that it’s got the worst carpark layout of any McDonalds I’ve EVER visited

Inspire of adding note that the order is for kids not miss any items, received no fries on any meal. Brownie ls are missing, no sauce given for strips and no kitchen.
