Missing items again and the main parts big mac and quarter pounder

There were no dips for 20 nuggets even though I requested them, and the coke was completely flat.

delivery not bad it is the inability to complete orders . constant missing items

Ordered McDonald’s breakfast and my Food was cold and my egg was a grey colour and put me off my whole food

Delivery time constantly changed

they need to double check orders to make sure all items ordered are there and correct.

Delivered in the wrong street as I live on a new estate and the driver didn’t follow my address

Food was OK but packaging of the burger was terrible, not fully wrapped. looked like it had been thrown together and dumped in the bag

Lads delivering on a scooter or bike are more reliable than the ones in a car. They tend to sit in the restaurant chatting to their mates whilst the food gets cold and deliver late.

Shocking experience. Food was stone cold when it eventually arrived an hour later . Poor quality. Driver was friendly only positive.

Generally the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, kept me waiting for 45 mins only to find out they gave me the wrong order, beyond ridiculous service not a single person offered an apology, never coming back to this McDonald's again, I'd rather drive further and have it elsewhere

All the fries for the order missing

I ordered a large Big Mac meal with large fries only got the fries and they came cold. then asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces and 2 sweet curry didn’t get any of them.

Would of give 5 star if it wasn’t for the cardboard lid on the hot chocolate goes to soft resulting in hot chocolate going everywhere terrible idea

Was there at about 9pm. I've never been to a McDonald's with such unmotivated staff. It took 8 minutes for someone to answer the drive through intercom and the card reader at the payment window was broken. The girl who served our order didn't say a word and kind of thrust the order at us. What a miserable missuited employee. Definitely needs either more training or to get another job! Won't be going back there in a hurry

I'd like to give a 5 star review for Charlee, who made my 7 yr old daughter's day by replacing her full drink that she dropped whilst she was carrying it to the car park. She was so upset that she dropped it but he kindly helped by getting her a new one. Thanks again Charlee and hope you had a lovely day too! ☺️

half of the order was missing had to go and collect the missing items myself. the whole idea of having it delivered was so I didn't have to go

We came for food at 9.30pm unaware closing time was 10pm. Waited 15 mins for food , which was a £50 order for 5 people. We selected table service as a few people were at the counter. When the food was brought over it was literally thrown on the table at us & we were constantly reminded the place shut at 10pm. Very poor

chips were overcooked and cold but the burger was warm so it's definitely the restaurant and not the driver

To spend £20 on food & only one meal turns up. Why do you never double check that everything is in the bag before closing it. Quick to take money but then don’t want to send another driver out to drop the rest of the food that is missing and paid for

Cold food. Asked the staff to replace for fresh fries at least to be advised, with a rude scoff and a laugh, that they were fresh. I could see fries in the fryer basket just sat there, along with at least a dozen medium fries lined up waiting to go. I tried to advise the manager and asked for their name (to which she'd refused), who was miserable and clearly didn't want to be there, to be then made to feel even more awkward. I'd raised the complaint online when I'd returned home and they'd simply just sent a voucher to me for a meal... this wouldn't cover the cost of our food that was barely warm and missing items. Nonetheless, I tried to add the voucher to my app, for it to not work and come up with the error of it already being used. I provided a screenshot of this back via email, to then be advised there's nothing they can do as it's been used! Just because McDonald's is a large business serving simply fast food, it doesn't make it acceptable to have rude staff members, serve food that is barely warm, and treat their customers this way. AVOID this particular McDonald's if you don't want to be shortly disappointed.

The restaurant ALWAYS forget something from the order.

Absolutely disgusting. We ordered a burger and when we opened it, the burger patty had clearly already been bitten. Not a crack or a tear — a full-on human bite mark. How does something like this even make it past the kitchen? It’s not just careless, it’s nasty and completely unhygienic. We were shocked, lost our appetite immediately, and ended up throwing the whole thing away. If I could rate this zero stars, I would. Check your food, because apparently McDonald’s is now serving burgers that someone else has already tasted. Never again.

Burger bun was burnt the size was a joke and was not value for money use like McDonald but this cost 32 pounds and was for to adults and one child we never buy from McDonald again

What can you say. It's always busy and there are lots of Uber drivers. Parking is a bit awkward, but it was a quick drop-in for a breakfast that was ruined! The atmosphere in this was rubbish, very dull. Typical fast food with no personality! Shame. It could be so different, but most of them feel the same. It's cheap food sold fast and thrown at you. I rarely attend these places and always feel deflated when I leave, and I might add I went in with someone who actually wanted to go!

2 burgers missing 2 drinks missing.yet again this restaurant is a shambles.im thinking of phoning police for theft as it should all be on cctv

The order never arrived, but the app said it arrived, no option to say never got it, I had to say missing items but the delivery and service was still charged. It just said I requested a refund.

3rd time here. Each time something wrong. 1st time food missing, 2nd time THE BURGER PATTY missing from burger, and now 3rd time ordered chocolate milkshake, the screen showed strawberry, but we heard manager saying it's chocolate, that's fine. We then confirmed is that chocolate milkshake she said yes. Food arrived, it's banana milkshake. How incompetent. Disappointed.
