Cold and no sauces. Also fries ain’t salty. Also no chicken selects

Completely wrong order was brought n we sent it back with the driver n have not been contacted since or had the food redelivered. Was meant to be a treat for kids

Shiote 3 years later still shoite, loads of staff just stood around talking customers having to tell staff which order is for who absolute shambles and still never get order right. Making an absolute fortune off missed items on delivery appears to be there business model.

My food never arrived the driver drove all the way to Ashton and Rochdale and never came too my house over a hour and 15mins of waiting absolute joke.

The delivery man said that the food was delivered but no food was delivered to the house or calls or door knocking. We lost 50 pounds worth of Macdonald and didn't get our food. We want a refund immediately.

The fries was cold but also not eatable as they was very hard and really dry.i know it can't be helped if cold but they was so dry and hard like they'd been sat there under a heat lamp

The delivery was excellent. However, my fries were on the cold side, my burger was just about warm. My milkshake was fabulous but my Toffee Apple Pie was delicious but tiny (shrinkflation) I suppose. There was no barbecue dip which was ordered. 4 *

“Large hot chocolate” was only half full and tasted like it had half a teaspoon of chocolate powder in it, appalling really.

Quite poor, food was very cold and needed heating up in the microwave. This impacted on the taste somewhat, wouldn’t recommend..

My food came and was an absolute mess the driver nocked my drinks onto all my food and he delivered it anyway despite it being saturated and not edable. Je was snotty and said complain. Just eat has done nothing aboit it after complaining.

They forgot my brownie so I called costumer service and the guy on the phone kept telling me that if I didn't respond he has the obligation to hang up ( I had no service and it was very obvious because I was breaking up). The lady that cleans, delivers food to the tables and to waiting customers outside and also picks up rubbish off the floor needs to change her gloves between doing all those things. I think a food hygiene course is required.

Its not difficult is it, to count to 3 ..but there you go. makes me wonder if they can't count to 3, how to they go on with things like hygiene near the food. Cold rubbish, if this was an independent restaurant it would be shut in a week, I rarely eat McDonald’s but when I was a kid it was a treat , £6.29 now for a cold cardboard burger and 6 soggy cold chips, honestly probably the worst thing I’ve ever bought

Guaranteed to be let down on one of your visits here. Unfortunately it’s my closest drive through and I’ve had many bad experiences with incompetent, unorganised staff. If the founder of McDonald’s could see what his branches have become now! Jokes aside. Always left waiting to be served cold food and something is always missing or wrong. Chaos at peak times avoid the headache.

Just visited Mc Donald’s drive through at Broadway Chadderton 6/10/24. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!! Paid at the first window - no problems 2nd window to collect my latte, some jumped up spotty face ‘boy’ with absolutely no manners - virtually through the coffee at me and then turned his back, he then turned to see, that I was still waiting. and shouted “WHAT, WHAT DO YOU WANT” I explained I would like some sugars- he then through a handful of sugars at me, I waited again he turned and shouted “WHAT NOW” I explained I would like a stirrer - he proceeded to throw, it in my car! I asked what his problem was and where was his customer service and manners ? His reply “WHERES YOURS” he then just casually walked away!! 😡 NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE ! Although my hubby might 😉

Arrived 1.5 hours before closing. We ordered a meal and apple pie to take away. The order was wrong twice (wrong burger, then wrong size meal) and the food was stone cold both times. The restaurant was empty and there was no reason for the terrible service. The staff were unapologetic and rude. We left hungry and miserable.

Terrible service every time , had to wait 30 mins in the car park then when the food finally arrived it was the wrong order and cold , too busy chatting , sort your staff out
