McDonald's in Oldham

3rd time here. Each time something wrong. 1st time food missing, 2nd time THE BURGER PATTY missing from burger, and now 3rd time ordered chocolate milkshake, the screen showed strawberry, but we heard manager saying it's chocolate, that's fine. We then confirmed is that chocolate milkshake she said yes. Food arrived, it's banana milkshake. How incompetent. Disappointed.

Ordered breakfast last wk no hash browns. Ordered big mac today only one burger & chicken mayo missing & quarter pounder meal the patty was cut in half complete joke

Just been to get my little boys tea after a long busy day at work! Musa took my order and greeted me at the window! Everyone needs a musa in their life! He really has cheered me up asking me how my day has been and asking how my little boys day has been! It’s the little things in life! He was so lovely! He’s made my day! 😀

Not wrapped properly always missing something on order

Order for delivery and they forgot the bl&@dy dips again…!!!!! I don’t know how many times we have to put up with this. Why can they not pay attention to the orders and get them right ??? Also food cold, all of it had to be microwaved… again…! Probably explains why it took almost an hour to be delivered. Never again, that’s my last order, only given Atmosphere 3 star as it’s construed neutral given its not a pick up, otherwise 1 star for all !!

Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered for delivery as you can see I wanted 3 mayo chickens, they decided to send 2 cheeseburgers & a double cheeseburger! I dont eat cheese burgers im allergic to there cheese!This is the second time now! I've worked at mcdonalds before it's not hard to read a receipt!

Typical McDonalds, food passable, toilets on the neglected side. The one thing I will say for this place, is that it’s got the worst carpark layout of any McDonalds I’ve EVER visited

Food was freezing and all that we got back was less than £4 credit. Absolutely appalling at that Elk Mill restaurant always something missing or cold.

This place is a joke ordered using the app to get delivered took nearly a hour and missing half the order trying to get intouch with someone is pointless even online they make it that difficult gave up and phoned only for them to say we can't resend it but if u come to the restaurant we can replace it. If I wanted to come to restaurant I would of gone in the first place. Waste of time and money mcdonalds really need to think how they manage there orders that's indoor orders aswell there always wrong and the wait time is ridiculous.

Ideal spot for my way to the office. Drive thru is in a perfect location. Service was quick and easy.

Shiote 3 years later still shoite, loads of staff just stood around talking customers having to tell staff which order is for who absolute shambles and still never get order right. Making an absolute fortune off missed items on delivery appears to be there business model.

This place has noisy youths taking up tables, throwing food around and annoying everyone with their behaviour. I call in the evening on my way home and it has always been the same. The staff need more support as they are incapable of dealing with it. A small point is why are the apple pies always stale and never show the time they should be discarded?

The delivery was excellent. However, my fries were on the cold side, my burger was just about warm. My milkshake was fabulous but my Toffee Apple Pie was delicious but tiny (shrinkflation) I suppose. There was no barbecue dip which was ordered. 4 *
