Small car park but like the new click and serve service. Although with the amount of Deliveroo, JustEat and UberEats drivers who go here as well as how busy the drive through is, there can be a bit of a wait.

This is the second time in 2 weeks , gone through the drive through!! Been asked to park up and wait , after15 mins had to go into the restaurant, and then got handed cold food , with staff with a stinking attitude… never agsin

Don’t order from here, 9 out of 10 times they miss at least one item if not more. This isn’t a new issue as it’s been happening for years

Ordered via the app. Asked to wait in bay for food at drive thru. 20 minutes later, no food. Decided to go in store to collect, get back to car, order was wrong. Had to go back in the restaurant and get missing items. Food ended up being cold, staff have no customer service skills.

Don’t bother coming here! Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes this morning, paid the women was really unsure what she was doing. Went to collection window and asked why I had to wait so long so she got a manger and her attitude was absolutely vile!! To speak to a customer the way she spoke to me was absolutely disgusting. Food was wrong too and wasn’t going back to be disrespected again. The “manager’ needs sacking.

Not open when the hours say they are. They refuse to serve me after 10pm because I do not have a car.

The driver was driving around on the map in random places, i was on the phone with him trying to help but he was extremely rude. When the food arrived it was damaged and freezing cold due to the time. I want a full refund or i wont use you again

food was bad and missing items but all sealed by the food company. Delivery was great though, no complaints for the driver.

Absolutely one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Never been under such poor management. Honest, I can’t remember the last time they got anything right. Desperately needs to be looked at. Super incompetent. It’s one of the only McDonald’s, which is always out of stock on items or machines not working.

Had to wait 15 mins for my drive through order. It was only nuggets and chips for the kids. It's not the 1st bad experience I have had at this branch. But it definitely is the last, I will not be visiting again.

The fries I ordered from this restaurant was not properly cooked, and despite requesting tomato ketchup in the notes, it was not provided. I feel like my money was wasted. I will not be ordering from here again. #no_order_again

for delivery drivers that mcdonald is worse monday night i been there to pick up uber eats order but no body is coming to hand over order even order was packed and ready to go and staff looking and ignoring you because after 10pm mcdonald only drive thru is open so can’t enter to store really bad service

this was one of the most disappointing experiences we've had. Delivery time and the food was very low grade and certainly wasn't worth the money that I paid. I only ordered from McDonald's because the grandchildren were with us and thought we would treat them. on receiving the delivery it was clear that I made the wrong decision. Never again!

Poor food. Unsalted fries, over 15 mins wait at drive through (after ordering), they dont bother using the order bays, ignorant unhelpful staff. Worst McDs, I've ever been to for service. Couldnt order a medium meal as they had no medium chip scoops. (Not sure why they can use a bag or put less fries in a large bag, but of course that would mean using a brain cell!)

Ordered 2 meals and managed to miss a burger & chips out. Also missed the Mayo chicken and the dips I paid for!!!

on the menu if you order the squad meal you get 9 nuggets free , then if you send over £20 you get 6 nuggets free . but on my order I only got the 6 nuggets even tho i bought the squad meal as well . its false advertisement and there nowhere to complain about it either .

Wouldn’t bother NEVER send sauces ALWAYS end up with missing items and chips are always burnt to a cinder and freezing! Never again

my chicken selects were cold, mozzarella bites and all of my sauces for the selects and the sauces for my 20 chicken nuggets were missing, how am i supposed to eat 20 nuggets with no sauces?

Missed nearly all of our order, went back to get an exchange baring in mind it was a £7.00 uber there and back totaling to £14.00 just in uber Charges which we had to pay.... to then get back home after new food was given to find out they still missed part of our order again!

The delivery driver had told me that my order had been done at 4.08pm and they didn't let it go until 4.50pm he even messaged and asked them to give the order so he could delivery he even showed me the messages and he even asked me to post this review plus my food was cold .

I have ordered a few times online delivery. I have ordered sour and chive dip, each for every meal, have paid and never received. Fries always cold and burnt or both. Horrible customer service. Stopped ordering from this store. Now I am ordering from Oldham Road or from Manchester Fort. Nice hot food and always received what I ordered. Recommend both stores.

I’m disappointed in my order, I knock off late and wanted a good meal before bedtime. My order come nicely on time but the preparation was very poor.. the wrap doesn’t have the BB source, no Mayonnaise just a dry wrap one can’t even eat it.. don’t talk about the cheese burger . I only eat the fries and drink the coke from my order. My question is , is it because i ordered at late hours or ?

we spent a lot of money in order to make our lives feel 1% better tonight. the fries taste like they’ve been dipped in dirty toilet water. what even are them drinks? can they be called drinks? or is that pure stomach acid in a cup? my burger was more ketchup than meat. also WHERE IS MY GARLIC MAYO? 2 were ordered, 0 were received. we shall be going somewhere else in order to improve our lives from now on.

Driver must’ve took on multiple deliveries and headed with my food miles in the opposite direction. Arrived eventually with stone cold food, when I told him I didn’t want it, he put it on my bin and walked off after telling me he came straight here even though I’d watched him on the map

No matter how much your kids beg, do NOT order McDonald's online through here or their awful app. You will find orders are nearly always missing items. At least in here you can get a refund. Good luck on their app!

I asked for a zero sugar coke and got a normal full fat coke I then looked saw 1 of my burgers on my big mac that had to bites out of it, why are staff biting peoples burgers and still serving it to customers!

Arrived this morning asked breakfast wrap and they've run out of wraps yesterday. A multi million pound company have run out of wraps. Great management

I really don't know why I keep ordering from here. 90% of the time there's something missing or wrong with the order. The food is getting smaller and worse too, soggy chicken burgers, soggy undercooked fries, yet I still make another order after a while, thinking it might be better. Insanity at it's best.
