McDonald's - Chadderton Broadway in Oldham

Ordered through the app and a burger and 2 dips were missing despite being charged for them. How hard is it to read an order form with 2 meals on and still get it wrong! The 2 x large chips for the meals wouldn't even constitute a small portion. Absolutely shocking that they treat customers like this.

Every time i get mcdonalds from here online items are always missing. Mcdonalds really need to sort their staff out. How difficult is it to read a list and put said items in a bag? This time we ordered 10 items and 5 were missing, this is just wrong. No care at all taken. Most other takeaways get the orders correct but mcdonalds never does and it can only be put down to incompetent staff.

Awful place no hot drinks, have to park up all the time, staff look like they have just woken up, chatting to each other while you are waiting for your order I could go on!!!!

This McDonalds is a shambles. I visit as it’s on my way to work so it’s convenient but in the last few weeks on separate visits I’ve experienced, no bacon as the oven wasn’t hot enough, no large hot drinks, no hot drinks at all, no coffee at all, I went back 4 days later and they still didn’t have any. I go 8n the morning so maybe they’re all a bit tired. I have to drive out of my way to other McDonalds where I’ve had no issues. This isn’t a recent problem it’s always been a standing joke that there’s always something they’ve not got. I’ve stopped using them now and will make my own.

Terrible. The service is always slow, the food usually cold and never get your order 100% correct. We now drive the extra to go to a different McDonald’s after so many poor experiences here

This is seriously the worst McDonald's in the UK, I travel for work do and regularly use Maccys when on the road mostly without issue, unfortunately this is my local one, and it's shocking. Regularly wait 45 minutes for orders, orders are wrong 90% of the time. Items missing, items wrong, no sauces or straws, you name it, this place messes it up. Always asked to park up for a simple order. If you go to the counter you are ignored and delivery drivers will get attention before you. Car park bins are usually overflowing too. It looks like it's run by 16 year olds. Don't do it

This is poor because the cokes are shocking because they are flat and they never have any milkshakes and ice frappe.

Got to be the slowest service I have ever experienced in using McDonalds the drive through may as well be in reverse it’s that slow no joke even outlets the have sporting venues near them that has long queues are able to move quicker also remember to check food before driving off you could find you don’t get what you have paid for

Would not come here, I had a bad experience last time but thought i would try again, But again the food was cold and the burgers were more burnt and drier than my great grand mothers ashes.

I Drove to this McDonald’s as it was on my way home. I wanted to go through the drive through and there was only 4/5 cars in front but after not moving at all for 10mins or so, I decided to park up and go inside to order. I ordered - 6 chicken nugget meal with sprite (only 2 nuggets in the bag and the drink tasted like fizzy water) X2 double cheese burgers (only got 1) Cheese bites (missing) Chicken sandwich meal with coke (no chicken on my sandwich, just lettuce and mayo on the bun and the drink tasted like fizzy water) So I payed £18 for 2 cold stale nuggets, a cold double cheeseburger (the cheese slice was still cold and hard enough to pick off), medium fries and large fries… were actually hot for a change and 2 drinks that were like fuzzy water. Absolute joke! I only noticed all the above when I got home. I don’t live that far but why on earth should I waste more time, energy AND petrol to go back out again…. Definitely will not be retuning to this one.

Save your money people!! Absolute waste of space.. foods always cold/hard and stale dont give a damn about their customer satisfaction! I would have given it a 0/5 but its not possible so had to give a dissatisfying 1.

Just been to the driver thru once we finally got to make our order of around £30 got our food drive home under 1/2mile to find our order was wrong again and the food was freezing. I know why I try not to use this place now

I don’t know know who to blame the workers or Uber my food was freezing but my drink was warm absolute terrible restaurant who have plonkers working for them and for the Uber driver to drive round my street without leaving his car because he’s a lazy knob head I hope his tires pop on his way home

Spent a extortionate ammount of money ordering for my family and and they only brought one meal and no drinks!!! The meal the did bought was stone cold and has the things on that I requested to take off. Not ignoring the fact I waited an hour of half for basically no food and they won’t give me a refund. Called here on Thursday. First visit since the refurb. The drive thru was very busy but could see there was no-one queuing inside so I parked and went in. There were 2 people waiting on their order being served and I was the only one waiting to be served. With the new layout you can see straight into the kitchen and the staff could see me. I waited 7 minutes til a young girl came to the counter. She gave 1 customer his order and disappeared without even acknowledging me. No-one gave me eye contact until I asked them "is anyone serving?" This was met with disdain and rolling of eyes by one young girl putting fries in bags. The reply was won't be long. I'd been here 10 minutes by now and the other gentleman was still waiting and asked where his meal was. By the time he got his order another customer came in and even though the staff knew I was next, they ignored me and went to serve him first until I pointed out I was next. I know it's only McDonald's but to to be fair their customer service is usually much better than this. I suggest the manager steps in and sorts the miserable rude staff out coz it will cost them business.give them a happy meal or something. I'm off to KFC in future. I'm not a big fan of Macdondalds to be honest but it's quick and easy and good for the kids. This one is really good as it has tablets on all tables which helps to keep the kids entertained while you eat.

My son plays football down the road and it is ideal for a quick coffee before the match, this is my second visit to this McDonald's, and to be honest, I have seen more organisation for a group of 5 year olds, the new system that they have put in place clearly does not work, as you usually have one person standing doing nothing and several people running around like headless chickens, the first visit I went inside as the drive through queue was about 15 cars long, and waited about 15 mins to be served then another 15 minutes for my food, then had to ask them to bag it for takeaway as they had put it on a tray....the second time I used the drive through, this time opting for just drinks, still having to wait a rediculous amount of time for 3 drinks......come on McDonald's, this is is supposed to be 'Fast Food'.....with the emphasis on 'Fast' I think I will be investing in a flask of coffee in future.

Food ok here but I've yet to eat anything that was hot. Food normally tepid but it's ok. It's McDonald's at the end of the day. What I would say is that if u use the drive thru late at night the food is hot but there's usually a long wait as all food is cooked to order

This is only a walking distance from the Travel lodge. My son and his basket team came here for an after hours snack. Its in a very convenient location for affordable snacks/ anyone with late night hunger pangs staying at the Travel lodge. Nothing unusual, just your normal McDonalds.

Manager you need to work on your customer service at the very least.

Despite asking several times, i was forced to devour my 20 chicken mcnuggets dry. I didn't realise there was a shortage of barbecue sauce across your uk restaurants.

Fast convenient easy parking - just the job for a break to or from the Airport. Staff very pleasant even at the ungodly hour I was there. Yes a Mcdonalds but a good one at that!
