Slow service, my meal was handed to another customer who brought it back after opening it, the staff then handed it to me, but i said no as it had already been sampled. The staff member in A temper screwed it up and threw it in the bin. I then had to wait again, when i received my order, the chips were cold as they had already put the chips and burger in the bag and i had to wait for one piece of chicken that took a long time and wasn't worth because it had several fine bones, pepsi was order without ice, but served with ice and the staff were unfriendly.

The place is small but it is very nice for family. The only issue the place is closed place and the ventilation is poor, so the smoking is kept inside.

Tuve una experiencia fantástica aquí! La comida era absolutamente deliciosa, cada plato estaba repleto de sabor y bellamente presentado. El ambiente era cálido y acogedor, por lo que es un lugar perfecto tanto para cenas informales como para ocasiones especiales. El personal era amable, atento, y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos en todo momento. I actually got recommended to visit this place through a friend, very glad i did from the friendly staff to the warm environment loved it.

My husband and I regularly go to Via Roma for dinner and we have never had a bad meal yet, the food is always freshly made and served piping hot to the table. We have taken friends and family to the restaurant and everyone has commented about how lovely the food is. We have even had our steak and pasta to takeaway. I would highly recommend this restaurant, the staff are lovely, attentive but without being intrusive, we tell all our friends, family and even the taxi drivers to go!
