我們以 Manchester 市中心的 Arndale Centre 為主要 shopping 目標而行上一整天。行到下午茶時間了，我說要去 Department Store high tea，但太太想把握時間 shopping，她決定來 Arndale 內的《Greggs》express high tea。 這一間，有不少座位，店內好多伯伯婆婆及東歐家庭來輕輕便便，平平地食一個 tea。吃的，大概就同我們一樣，一件批，加一杯茶或咖啡。然而，這一家分店的 "批" 出品就令人開心得多，全因為，夠熱。 熱熱地吃，這一個 Pasty 份外的酥香。咬入口，第一感覺是 "shok" 一聲，第二感覺就是軟綿綿的芝士層，而洋蔥就早已經打碎，同芝士混成一體，極香口的食品，總會令人十分開心的。 陪太太坐一坐，她叫了一杯 Cuppacinno，我也叫了一杯奶茶。雖然，店子感覺不太介意同行者齋坐不光顧，但我及正有少少口乾，按英國人的習慣，飲返杯奶茶會開心好多。 簡單，快餐店出品的自動機製 Cuppacinno，唔會有什麼驚喜。我只可以說，這是一般英國歐洲，平民市井食店的熱飲質素。起碼，是自動蘑豆機沖出來而不是咖啡粉的出品。 在英國的 tea time，當然是一杯奶茶啦。他們選用了 fairtrade 的茶包，說明了是對貧苦第三世界的農商表支持。這一包 fairtrade，出來的茶香不比英國的5大品牌差，茶夠香，奶夠滑，而且英國的鮮牛奶亦份外的 creamy，所以，飲落，是很令人開心的。

27 Manchester RdBy far the best salt and pepper ribs in and around Tameside, alongside the other meals I’ve had from there never once had a bad meal from canton house, food always 10/10 delivery is always 10/10 and customer service is always 10/10 keep up the good work guys ❤️ x

48 DeansgateI was worried by some poor reviews on Trip Advisor but having enjoyed the similar restaurant in printworks (pre 20121) and one in Blackpool we wanted to go. It was very good. The grandkids (1 vegetarian the other a fussy eater) had a great time and my wife and I both enjoyed our food.

1008 Stockport RoadVisited today with family after a while, went earlier around 3. Pm Ona Sunday. The place was quiet, quietest I have seen it but still had about 50 or so diners. They had all the dishes out but less quantity as they prepare on demand. Food was nice, I have today the dessert selection has Increased since last time. Food was fresh, well presented and restaurant very clean.
