I came here for coffee as Im not into hot chocolate which seems to be the main thing at this place. The coffee was good, very strong and on the bitter side compared to chains like Starbucks, but it was not bad. They have a lot of vegan milk options which is good. The cafe itself is very small, so not much seating and no toilet. I managed to get a seat on a Monday afternoon but it was packed with a line out the door when I walked by on the weekend. Prices are on the higher side, an Americano was £3.25 so higher than most coffee shops. Overall average for coffee, it is probably better for hot chocolate as there is a whole menu dedicated to just that, which I don’t see elsewhere.

Every type of chocolate in drink format, despite the cold weather I opted for the 34% milk chocolate milkshake with the white chocolate cannoli. Can be expensive for there sizes small is very small so I’d recommend the regular..

Visited a couple of times, my go to is the iced White Chocolate and lemon zest - My boyfriend prefers the White Milkshake with Vanilla! Always delicious, not the cheapest, but worth it for the quality. Service isn't as fast as it could be, but it's always pretty busy, any time we've been!

I have been purchasing a small size 80% cocoa hot chocolate made with whole full-fat milk for 5 days a week for the past month from this Knoops Manchester branch, and I can confidently state that each drink has tasted of the same high quality and quantity of chocolate - until today. I ordered my usual hot chocolate today and it was obvious from the first sips that it was thin, watery, and did not have the same consistency and intense chocolatey flavour I had come to expect after many weeks. I was shown the milk carton and it did say that it was whole milk, but it was almost empty and the milk appeared watery. Nothing can explain why there was such an absence of intense chocolate flavour and why, for the first time, the same drink I had always enjoyed before now tasted so insipid and flavourless - all at a cost of £4.85. I complained but the second attempt was just as watery and weak in chocolate flavour. After a few sips I returned the disappointing hot chocolate to the counter and I requested a refund, which should be processed within 3-5 days. At least I’ll save a fortune in not having my daily hot chocolate fix.

I had seen this place on social media so when we walked past with some time to spare wanted to try the hot chocolate. It was a little complicated on first glance, but the staff were happy to help and gave us time to browse. Both opted for a milk hot chocolate with a marshmallow. It was nice but a little too sweet...maybe I'm more of a dark chocolate girl. Price was £3.75 each.
