No te molestes en ir. El servicio al cliente es asqueroso. Extremadamente grosero por teléfono cuando hice preguntas simples. Pregunté si había aparcamiento y me dijeron: ‘¿Tienes Google Maps?’ respuesta completamente innecesaria. Tono agresivo en general y sin modales básicos. Evitar.

Food was lovely, but, we went really to play with the many dogs they look after next door in the dog playroom. It costs little to go in with staff members. You can sit in the quiet area on comfy sofas and stroke the tiny dogs a bit timid or elderly for full on play, it's so relaxing, the dogs will come to you, it's solely up to the animal if it wants to sit with you. They all usually want to. Then you can go play with the dogs. They love to see you. Staff look after you at all times. Its the most brilliant amazing dog experience ever. A million out of ten from my granddaughter. Service and staff brilliant too but the dogs are the stars.

Un pequeño lugar encantador con personal amable y servicial, pero es frustrante cuando una cafetería vegetariana no atiende tan bien a los veganos. Sería muy fácil modificar algunas cosas para que sean más inclusivas para los veganos y los alérgicos.

Wouldn’t normally leave a review for Greggs as it’s pretty standard across all of their stores. However, went into the Cross Street branch in Manchester to grab breakfast and the staff member was so friendly and polite, I couldn’t not leave feedback. Didn’t get the staff’s name as it just said trainee on the badge but was Saturday 28th April at around 9am. The guy was obviously still quite new but was taking notes so he didn’t get orders wrong, and double checking with customers to avoid any confusion. Great service

I recently had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. Despite being a loyal customer who has ordered 20 to 30 times through Uber Eats, this was my first visit to the establishment. I was eager to try dining in, having heard good things and with a favorable comparison to another local favorite, Rayden. Upon arrival, I went upstairs with my 3-year-old child, as he preferred to sit there. We were given a cover for our food and waited for my wife, who was downstairs getting our order. Despite many available seats downstairs, we chose to sit upstairs because it was more convenient for us. While we were waiting, another family, who had paid before us but was still downstairs, wanted to sit upstairs. The staff insisted that we move because the other family had billed first. I explained that we were already seated and had been given covers and asked to sit. Despite this, the staff rudely insisted that we leave, stating, "It's my restaurant, I am the owner, get out." This was an incredibly upsetting experience, especially with a young child in tow. Being asked to leave in such a manner, despite not doing anything wrong, was humiliating and unacceptable. If you are looking to ruin your day, I would recommend visiting this restaurant. Otherwise, I suggest avoiding it to spare yourself from such a negative experience.

We’ve been ordering from Amigos for at least 2 years, probably 3 nights a week or more. Last night we returned from holiday and just wanted quick food. After an hour and half my husband phoned chasing food and was told it would be another 15 minutes or so, so he questioned the time shown on the website which stated 45 minutes, only to be told they’ve been busy and to order from elsewhere in the future 😡😡😡

Me apetecía un poco de pollo peri peri y no me decepcionaron. Tuve la comida de pollo Peri Peri y un sabroso Doner Kebab. Todo llegó caliente y sabroso.

Food - 5/10, very average, nothing special or exciting but acceptable. Service - 2/10, the back hair lady and bald guy at reception looked cold most of the time. when they talked to you, they simply can’t smile. Their service was cold and very unprofessional. Shame because other waiters were better. Location - 7/10, easy to find but hey it’s not a hotel isn’t it? Price - 4/10, don’t know how to rate as I don’t mind paying a lot more if the food and service is really good. Won’t recommend.

Delicious take away, good portion size, arrived hot, everything on thier menue is great. Delivery was on time and reasonable which was great.
