Staff ate so helpfull.use of on site leisure facilities and great bar, perfect for a short stay or home from home when working away

Booked an afternoon tea for 2 people. It was awful. No atmosphere, no staff and a cold draught. Seats were too low and a wobbly table. 4 sandwiches in total of tuna, egg, ham and cheese and rocket lettuce way past its sell by date. The smallest scone I have ever seen with such poor quality jam and cream. Then 3 small dessert cakes which again were awful. A glass of very flat Prosecco and cold coffee. The cost for this was £50.

The food is nice, and there is a good selection, but the venue gets busy, and tables get taken quickly. But it's the service that lets it down. You have to order your meals in 3 different places if your family wants different things to eat, which means queuing in 3 different places. Why not have somewhere at the front with touch screens to order the meals? Then, just have collection points to pick the meals up using screens with numbers on it. This would save time and space as well as reduce the need to have 3 people at tills at 3 locations.

Discusted to have received a "Parking Charge" notice for £100, despite my entering my regsitration no. on the tablet in store, if you stay over 2 hours to avoid this. You need to get a grip, I will never goto a Starbucks ever again based on this poor show.
