Discusted to have received a "Parking Charge" notice for £100, despite my entering my regsitration no. on the tablet in store, if you stay over 2 hours to avoid this. You need to get a grip, I will never goto a Starbucks ever again based on this poor show.

Dropped in to meet a work colleague for a work related matter. We ordered Coffee, food and we discussed work stuff. We had more than one cup too, we left the place a while after, fully refreshed and went on our merry way. UNTIL a couple of days later a letter arrived stating we had 'over stayed our time by 30 minutes' and we were both hit with a £100 parking fine (£60 if we pay within 14 days) There are signs on the car park saying 2 hour maximum stay but surely not for paying customers? fuming! No signs in Starbucks reminding us of this, no warnings on the table to let us know about the '2 hour limit' Not one member of staff let us know about these silly rules either. Got in touch with the parking company who state ''you overstayed so you must pay'' Cheers Starbucks!!

Had to walk out because we stood there for at least 5 minuets in an empty restaurant and staff didn’t bother to take our order. The place is messy and grim. Needs shutting down.

M56 Junction 14we have had a few days staying in the hotel on site, wanted something different for breakfast there's not really much to choose from there and then we decided to try here the food was hot and was delivered to the table, it was expensive for what we actually had but cooked well and enjoyable the coffee was the best one I had in days so much better than McDonalds one and costa the man who served us was so pleasant and chatty he was brilliant made us feel really welcome and couldn't enough for us
