The best restaurants in Shear Brow Blackburn with Darwen North West

Very good food but extremely poor customer service. Prices are also very deep but if customer service is good then these justify but one of the worst staff. No respect for women or children and their staff is readymade for argument. If you want good food then go by keeping in mind arrogant staff and be patience to tolerate their rubbish behaviour.

They don’t read the notes which I’m angry about but apart from that it is good

Nice ambiance , exquisite coffee. Delicious tiramisu felt like I had a strong coffee shot awoke my senses 🫨. Thankyou James for being so friendly polite, and helpful

Arrived at 12:30 and ordered straight away but didn't receive our food untill 1:50 and it was only sandwiches got a free coffee and a quick "sorry for your wait". Will not be returning and we won't be the only ones as another couple had to wait over an hour for their food too

Visited as a group of 10 tonight whilst staying at the Premier Inn next door. The food was fantastic and the staff and owner very friendly. There was a loud table near us and the owner dealt with it admirably and couldn’t apologise enough - a great evening and would definitely recommend a visit !

A normal fast food joint with pizza served as well the burgers are ok but the pizza is better nothing special that I can mention that stands out really but there is nothing bad either!!

I am an Uber delivery driver The guy at the counter spoke to me in such a bad banner All I said to him was the delivery is just across the road at the women’s salon beauty shop on the corner And he said what do you want me to F**kin do Go and deliver it There was a woman working with him and she was being nice and all Hope you learn a lesson by this review If you don’t then your business not gonna last long with that kind of attitude Disgusting behaviour

The food was nice but the service was terrible. Waiter said 10 minutes on the phone. 45 minutes later still waiting for only 2 large chips. This is ridiculous honestly, only for 2 large chips.

Love the Percy Pig products, I have everything from clothes, kitchen stuff, cushions etc. the sweets and biscuits are so easy to eat and full of flavour. 🐷

May 2025 So we Placed an order for delivery at 8pm, and was told it would be an hour for delivery. By 9.30 still no food had arrived. We contacted them and we were told it would be 5 to 10 minutes. By 10pm, still no food. We rang back to be told our food hadn't been made and would be another 35 minutes. We said that's fine but, we would want a little discount for the inconvenience. We were informed there would be no discount and then he kindly hung up on us!! Safe to say, we won't be going back to khyber which is a real shame as we really do enjoy the food. Terrible Terrible customer service.

One of the worse places ever absolutely horrendous service orderd delivery and said 1 hour wait 1.10 minutes later called the shop and a man answered and says driver has left with delivery will be 10 minutes after a further 20 minutes called them again a man answered and said to me to hold the line and then transfers me back in the queue a another man answered the phone and goes driver will be 10 minutes after requesting to speak to a manger which was apparently not in the shop he calls me no apologis nothing says his call centre is in Pakistan wow absolutely horrendous service never again people like that should not even have a job if there had been honest I wouldn't have minded but getting told 3 times 10 more minutes is a joke. STAY AWAY BE AWARE 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 if there was a minus I would give them a minus zero

squashed cheese and onion pasties, just what we ordered . . . . And it was the chicken that squashed the cheese, so they merged, the chicken ones are quite foul too, sorry. won't b ordering again.

Best experience ever in Blackburn . Staff is friendly and delicious food. Delivery was on time smash box was wonderful and cheap.

Celebrated my daughter’s 21st…. Exceptional customer service… food was amazing… such large portions… would highly recommend
