They started closing off at three, although they are open until five, They obstructed the exit, I was concerned since my father is disabled and falls a lot and relies on a walker and needs room. I confronted the staff and was lectured about how much they have to clean and would not be able to get out in time. Lazy in my experience..

The coffee and service normal Costa standards. Unfortunately the place needs an overhaul. The chairs are all odds and end's and is in disgusting condition. It just comes across as dirty and univiting. Do normally go here anymore. .

They gave me coffee in a broken cup and refused to replace it. one of the workers is not friendly at all. I visit Costa all the time, but this one was the worst.

Fantastic service, and great atmosphere

Clean and quick service. Stuck in the middle of an atrium there's not a lot to say about atmosphere but it's a handy place to meet or take a break from shopping.

Applicable document and driver license

Very expensive. Stall in middle of shopping centre which was very busy. Not at relaxing atmosphere. Want be going again.

Poor cleanliness, particularly around the rubbish bins.

Literally the worst costa I’ve ever been to the staff are ok… the drinks are far to expensive I got some cake which was stale and I’m pretty sure it was just warmed up to be honest the tables are very worn and that absolutely god awful sofa which I wouldn’t ever sit on I don’t even think British heart foundation would have that dreadful thing new chairs and tables needed coffees are typically nice just needs doing up drastically!

The various toasties I have had, have all been excellent,but the draw for me is the variety of coffees. All of the Batista's are GREAT in presenting you with an enjoyable cup of whatever coffee you choose.

Should be 2serving coffee. To speed up service. L

Worst place in blackburn to collect deliveries...

Slow service, placed onevsit in order and made it takeout. Transferred cup to glass with no plate, spoon etc. Do they not even do complementary biscoff biscuits anymore? Seating area and tables dirty too. Should of gone to Rhode Island.

Good place to meet your friends

Just had skinny latte and lemon muffin. Both were delicious. It was a queiter time when I visited so no long queue. Staff always pleasant and do their best to serve you quickly despite not seeming to have enough staff.

Used to be a good store, now one of the worst..staff and service is very bad, tables and chairs are the same...check this picture, I can not find words

Honestly I don’t think it’s even this store many stores accross the country will close off the shop one hour early so they can clean up it’s really unacceptable. Why though they close at 6pm according to the website so I don’t get it . Also they wouldn’t serve hot food and they have 1 hour 30 mins to close really bad tbh and costa head office should know about this. How long does it take to clean up? Seriously

Although not the worst costa in Blackburn it's pretty bad , often very dirty, tables not cleaned , staff talking whilst the que is all the way to the entrance . Just very poor .

Just popped in for a coffee with my friend in between shopping, all very nice but waited quite a while as there was a big queue.

Nice airy space, good service and excellent coffee

The coffee and cakes are good, as is the service. However, in this time of global pandemic it's an absolute disgrace that the wearing of face coverings is optional as is social distancing. Plus the seating is uncomfortably exposed to people walking past. And the prices are just extortionate.

Nice brew, helpful staff. That's it. Otherwise, dust on the handrail all along the balcony dirty bases on the tables floor not the cleanest. Didn't stay longer than I needed to. I shall end like I started good brew though.

Ok so who thought grabbing a hot drink could add such a pleasant experience to the day. The 2 ladies that served me yesterday were just so lovely, I didn't catch their names but the one on the till had braided slightly more brunette hair and the lady that made my hot chocolate had blonde tied back hair. Honestly they were the loveliest ever, I got the celebration muffin and it didn't say if it was suitable for vegetarians and so they went out their way to make sure it was suitable for all my dietary requirements, they didn't waste anytime (as I was on my lunch break and really appreciated this) and made up my hot chocolate at the same time, my order was ready promptly and i was even give a paper bag for my muffin as I was also carrying biscuits and it was nice of the staff member to notice and went out of her way to make it easier for me. (They deserve a raise! Or a bonus atleast ;) ) And I will also add that the chocolate celebration muffin was really really nice!

slowest baristas ever... no sense of urgency..... and i dont get how they get away with wearing earpods at work....

Can't say what it is like RIGHT now cos i am at home. But it is THE pkace for a relaxing coffee and watch the world go by. ☕☕🥧🥧

The coffee can be hit and miss, sometimes it can be weak and other times it can be too strong. It also get busy quickly and there isn't always room to sit.

It was very nice and good catch with friends

I tried to use the drive thru this morning but couldn't see the self service intercom in the dark due to no street lighting. The lady at the kiosk refused to serve me and said I had to go back round and order my coffee on the intercom. I didn't and went elsewhere.
