My partner attempted to order a plant based steak sub. The older gentlemen behind the bar seemed to have a problem with our accent or something. As when we said ‘no, the vegan one’ when he tried to sell us the normal steak, he slammed down the bread and said to his colleague ‘you deal with that one’. Not sure what his issue was as we run restaurants and are always very polite with hospitality staff as we are well aware of how difficult customers can be. I think he needs a job where his customers won’t irritate him so much! Didn’t catch his name, but the older guy. Totally uncalled for. The lady that served us second was otherwise very polite and pleasant.

Ordered cheese on both subs and got no cheese, don’t understand why you can’t put cheese on but yet add everything else I asked for on both subs, this happened last time too absolute rubbish

avoid! very poor service, cannot get what you want on your sandwitch (this is the first subway I meet something like this) ignoring customers, no drink machine only bottles from fridge (all sugar free), very expensive.

Relatively nice food, rather expensive but it always has been. The only issue I had was that one of the sandwiches was a bit nuked.

For the year and a half I've been going here since my college years began I've been loving this place to bits, the workers here are pretty chill, what me and my friends get are usually meal deals as we get more for our value, I will say the food here is very good, the bread fresh and tasty from the oven, the topping new and freshly made the atmosphere is well... a mall, so nothing spectacular its a mall subway after all the service is very helpful, the workers there are understanding and polite, as well as really social this place does get crowded during early afternoons so if you wanna avoid the que's then arrive around passed 3 or 4 for best service as less people usually go there around that time Overall I give it a IGN 10/10 go there if you want a subway don't go to the train station one or any others around because it wont be any better as you can get with this one

I don't know why I love this place so much. Call it nostalgia, call it whatever. The bread smells amazing and is always fresh, as are all the toppings. There's always plenty to share with little mouths. It's great

They wouldn't let me ask for extra toppings it's only steak and cheese ....what's the point of having the toppings there...I wanted to add tomatoes and olives and cucumber but it's not possible for some reason in this place! Pay 20£ and can't get proper sandwich as we want it.... avoid them.

Had a cheese and ham toasted sub with lettuce and peppers, enjoyed it. Had a hot chocolate but it tasted weaker than normal.

Food was cold, not just cooked and gone cold (i live 1.5 miles away) but like it had been stored in the fridge until it was picked up, so much so that the cheese on the nachos we ordered was obviously just thrown on and had not melted in the slightest. Not inedible but won't be ordering again

It's a subway and it's what we expect

I called in the other day, the place was filthy with food all over the floor. All the tables were dirty with food and spilled drinks. I could have understood it if it had been busy, but it was pretty quiet. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Order 12 cookies which was missing from order

I ordered a dip and did not receive it not happy

There was no toppings other than lettuce, peppers and cheese.

Seeved by a young woman who appeared very much like she was still recovering from the night before. That said she did nothing wrong and was in fact one of the best subway servers I have ever experienced.

Food was ok and so was the service.

I used to go to this place a lot as well as other outlets. They stopped doing breakfasts, which I thought were reasonable, and value for money. There lunch menus were okay with a nice variety but then God knows what happened, they when nuts and ruined their business. No breakfasts and big price hikes, still selling the same menu bar breakfasts. So as I consider myself a Joe Blogs sort of guy, I stopped going in,and went to Greg's. It's a shame as the place is pleasant, staff are nice but they've priced themselves out my pockets

i love my tuna cheese toasted sub, classic and the crow i fed some to loved it also however they do seem to be out of hearty italian bread a lot...

Not bad for a pit stop if you're shopping about in the mall. Availability was a shame being out of stock on the hearty Italian bread. Also when asking the staff which salad would they recommend with my sandwich order, as I rarely go to subway, they were no help at all and just stood there waiting for me to select at random. The food was okay though, good for a quick lunch of you're on the go.

Food was nice as usual with unique taste but the customer service could have been more better

Seems to be the only mainstream takeaway outfit that has some outlets that offer gluten free bread. Needs to improve the free from range to capture that market as we with food intolerances have families and friends too. Also decafe tea and coffee options would help. Apart from that, mostly friendly and helpful staff, especially the Nelson restaurant, but encountered an unhelpful team member in a Bradford branch.

Only one staff member working on main food area so wait time was slightly longer than usual. Staff member was polite & friendly. Great choice of bread,meat,salad and sauces. My sandwiches was extremely good made exactly how I asked/like.

I think they could have chose a better location than near the entrance of the town centre doors. I've sat there many times with my young daughters feeling cold during the winter months but now we just keep our jackets on zipped up. Also the staff could serve their customers with a bit of a smile.why do they always look so miserable?

this subway offers seating inside as well as take away options. although we were there during lunch hour we didnt have long to wait to be served and we were able to get a table easily. staff were friendly and efficient

Tuna with all salad part olives and gerkins. Topped with sweet onion sauce. Amazing

Friendly staff, quick service and great tasting sandwiches. Only issue is that my Steak n cheese didn't have much steak in last time.

A decent experience had as a first time visiting this particular store. We had a footlong steak and cheese. Was prepared and filled as requested. The table we sat at required cleaning. When I asked the staff member if they could clean it before we ate, they promptly cleaned up the table. Great tasting food. All staff were polite and friendly. I would recommend on this basis.
