We have used Khyber for years and have it delivered, always great food delivered quickly and without issue. Would highly recommend you try this place.

Me and my wife ordered a curry box which seemed really good value for the price and even when it arrived we thought it looked very good, however the food quality matched the budget price which was not very appetising at all if I’m honest from the starters to the curry itself we had a chicken tikka Massala and I’d go as far as saying it’s the worst I’ve had very bland with tough dry chicken, can’t fault the service and price but the food quality needs some attention.

Picked up a takeaway for the whole family and was delighted with the fresh quality taste of all meals. From awesome curry box to the standard donner kebab we all ate well and happily. Hot, fresh, delicious food, naan bread were amazing and the portion sizes were so generous. I have been going to Ribble Tandoori (clitheroe) for years but this meal was better. Will absolutely wiil come back again.

Been going to Khyber since I was born. My parents ordered and we ordered and it has absolutely been part of family life for 30+ years (opened 88, born in 89). Ordered a few hours ago and they didn't deliver. Rang...they said 10 mins. Rang again and they swore a lot and told us never to order again. Fine. I guess the heart of the Khyber has gone with a certain someone.

DON'T GET TAKEAWAY half the amount shown, stone cold,naan was a sodden lump, driver went to wrong address, and said its not his fault

Here is a trick for everyone when I are full after kyber put u leftovers in microwave till morning and u will defo by smell know it ain't fresh food . Only good thing about it is mint sauce and tennis racket nann bread all rest is bad we all have belly ache . Shame cause years ago used to be best curry house in town

I have been going to the khyber for 25 years Got my Oder and there was a 20p service charge so I ask the man what is the service charge for he said for a bag Then he said it is law to have the service charge So I got my food and when I got home there was a chapati missing

Ordered 2 special kebabs and I must say they were the best I've tasted normally getting curries on a regular basis overall 10/10 outstanding food

Ordered food, provided collection time, food not ready upon arrival. Chicken biriyani very, very salty, rice over cooked and gloopy. Veg sauce blended and tasteless. Not very nice at all. Other curry dishes were fine. Check all dishes are present when delivered/collecting as we were missing some rice.

Our next door neighbour Dave (Calypso) says this place is really good so we believe the Chef Dave 😊 and true enough my veggi pizza n curry was spot on..well done Khyber 👍

Ordered a takeaway for two and also a pizza. Firstly leave the pizzas to a pizza shop, absolutely tasteless and awful. Onto what an Indian restaurant should be able to cook, Indian food. Firstly the food arrived cold, secondly they forget part of the order, having waited an hour already, we waited for the rest of the order which came 30 minutes later! No apology from them at all. The food was oily and not tasty. I will not order from them again and suggest you try the many other decent Indian restaurants available in the area. Absolute joke of a place.

I said I would treat a friend as the Khyber is usually very good, But on this occasion it was awful and embarrassing. two prawn curry’s with chips and rice. The chips were totally inedible, hard and dry As I tipped the curry onto the plate it instantly separated and the plate was full of water. I was embarrassed because I had raved about the Khyber but the food turned out to be awful 😱

I have been a regular at the khyber for around 35 years. On a bad night id give them a 7 out of 10. but 9 out of 10 most times. Usually they deliver within 40 minutes and the food is always hot.if your getting a home delivery go for chappattis but always have garlic naans when eating in. Try the pashwari its amazing. The best curry house in blackburn without a doubt

Visited 6th may, poppodoms all diff chutneys, shsh kebab starter with salad, then chicken dopiaza pilau rice, massive garlic nan oozing with garlic butter, (to die for), everything was excellent, want to go again,

Unfortunatly the type of visit is not stricltly true so picked family cause takeaway was for a family meal(hope that makes sense}. Anyhow cannot praise the Khyber cafe enough. Lamb dishes are to die for

I ordered a chicken korma with garlic nan bread and popadoms as I don't like rice they sent wrong amount of popadoms and jappatis which I don't like I ring um to tell them what they have done wrong and the fact I just wasted money as I have nothing to eat my curry with the bloke on the phone he didn't seem bothered refused to come swap so I had to eat a korma on its own then when I began to eat the food was luke warm and did not taste good. I will recommend all my friends and family to stop going as this is a poor show of service and food and gone downhill.

We went in here on our taxi driver recommendation and although it looks just like a kebab takeaway the sit in service was excellent. The four of us each had a curry and found the taste, quality and quantity to be top of the class, all for just £10 a head, next time I am in Blackburn I will return here.

Was disappointed with chicken tikka masala. I've never had coconut milk in a tikka masala! To me that's a Korma. The beef in my dish was very cheap, tough meat. Mixed starter was nice and the popadoms had a nice crunch to them.

Really disappointed with khyber tonight. it's usually so good. We were waited an hour and a quarter for our food. When it arrived it was the wrong order so had to wait another twenty minutes to get the right food. The pizza that was redelivered was excellent but the one we kept from the original order was over cooked and dry. Will think twice about ordering again.

Amazing Lamb chops with naan food was really good loved it. Food always on time also delivery driver really polite and well mannered. Food was still piping hot at arrival. Best take away in Clitheroe the food at Khyber is mind blowing no one can beat that in Clitheroe. I would definately recommend to all my friends and family. Brilliant food, great portion sizes and fast delivery.

The delivery time was extended after order by 35 minutes to 1 hour 30. Felt this was excessive. Ordered 2 kebabs so don't understand why took so long

Best curry indian in Blackburn Lancashire. Recommend this curry house. Deliveries too. Friendly staff. Fantastic menu. Been eating here for years. Friends also recommend this curry house as best in town. Even a chef friend said this. A must all round.

Me and my husband had a meat feast pizza which was extremely tasty! We also ordered two currys, a chicken rogan josh and a keema bhuna, so tasty too! would highly recommend. Also the delivery service was faster than expected and the driver was lovely! We will definitely be ordering again soon.

Meals where cold wene arrived the chicken was burnt on the bottom in the chicken kabab and nonna meat cold is disgusting won't be ordering again .

Me alegro de haberlo hecho! ! Yo tenía un Dansak vegetales, champiñones arroz frito, pan de ajo. Soy un gran fan de Dansak y éste estaba con el mejor que he tenido, era absolutamente deliciosa. El arroz era encantadora y el naan de ajo era para morirse! Yo estaba totalmente llenos, y todo por poco más de 8 libras! ! Sin duda volveremos en el futuro cuando estoy pasando por (es programada como una 'favorito en el SAT-nav).

Usually have a kebab but tonight we had a special biryani, it was delicious. The chicken pakoras were superb as well. Cheesy garlic as good as always. Thank you.

Used it whilst in holiday, enjoyed overall but didn't realise chicken kebab was going to be tikka, just specified "marinated" in the menu. Delivery little longer than specified but think they had trouble finding us. Kids enjoyed pizza

I live in an area with no mobile signal, therefore when the driver couldn't find my house I was uncontactable. Order was late so I called up and they got a fresh delivery out to me within 30 mins. Very pleased eventually with the service and food quality.

I ordered chicken tikka wrap , there was no salad no any sauce just chicken and plain wrap, very dry I nearly choke myself! Chips without any salt and we didn't get any drink which we ordered!! Very disappointed!!!!

Good but not as good as last time.

First time I've ever been disappointed. The shish had a funny taste like it hadn't been cooked long enough and the bread was soggy due to the kebabs being wrapped in paper instead of their normal boxes. I hope this isn't how were going to get our delivery from now on or there going to loose a lot of customers.

Naan bread is massive and tasty. The madras chicken was yummy but oil was literally dripping out into the bad. The egg fried rice was bland and the driver did not come to where asked out of confusion. But the food was nice ( minus the rice) and friendly staff. would re order.

Swift del food of good standards, sorry food colouring not to my taste but overall appeared good flavour an quality seemed good, Jus please desist wih food colouring no labours already awesome, why add colouring?!

Best kebab in the ribble valley

We order every week and usually love the food, just recently noticed a few mistakes and not the usual attention to detail. Cheese missing from chips, extra items missing from pizzas and mentioned we paid for a can of pop last week that we didn't receive...no mention at all on delivery. Donner meat and chips was 90% chips, not our usual perfect order in recent weeks 😕

Its been a while since we last got a takeaway. So we thought we would try the khyber, it used to be really good not anymore.
