Yes the curry are really good I order from them all the time but the delivery driver he isn’t very nice he will moan about the money because he has to give back £50p well he shouldn’t be in that job when he should just take the Money off us then give us the right change but he doesn’t like doing that although he has money on him to change , he always says something most of the time so they should get a new driver to work for them has he is putting people off .

Their butter chicken is rich and creamy, and the samosas are perfectly crispy!!! The naan bread is fluffy and pairs perfectly with their flavorful curries 🤗The portion sizes are generous, ensuring you get great value for your money. Overall, this place never fails to impress with its delicious food and of course the friendly service! Wont be the last time they see me here for sure!!! 👌

Possibly the worst Indian food in the world. Coming from an Indian. All frozen nothing fresh. Taste is horrible. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. Clearly Darwen folk are easy to please with frozen meals

Always order from Sukhis never disappoints the service is amazing, food tastes really good lots of flavour and the naan bread is always hot soft, food curries are always on point I ordered chicken jalfrezi it was so good all the spices flavours were so good, definitely will order again.

Chicken tikka biriani and vegetable curry both really bland.If i closed my eyes I believe I would be eating plain pilau rice with vegetable soup.Temperature was warm at best and Chicken content was 10% at most.And considering I have had this meal from most Darwen takeaways,most was good and 1 excellent this was poor and ironically the most expensive.

Food wasn’t authentic and bland. The samosas were ridiculously small and obviously frozen. Was not worth the money. However, service was great.

Very nice food, delivered within a reasonable timescale and nice and hot. Had the tandoori chicken on the bone and it was delicious, support these places if you can, takeaways aren't as cheap as they used to be but these small businesses must be finding it tough.

My husband and I have been poorly this NYE so we got a takeaway from Sukhi's. Its the first time we got a takeaway from here and I was reluctant with it being NYE. It came within 30 min, was piping hot and was absolutely beautiful. We usually go to another popular Indian in Darwen but we enjoyed this one so much we will go again in the future.

I haven't used Sukhis since it was a restaurant some years ago now. We fancied a curry takeaway on Sunday, Akash was mentioned but I remembered Sukhis was still going as a takeaway. I always loved going years ago and our takeaway certainly didn't disappoint. Very nice food!

By far the best curry house in blackburn and Darwen. I recommend the lamb korahi, my favourite dish.

Horrendous experience, very disappointing and unprofessional service, the staff do not leave you alone constantly coming over to the table pestering people. The prices were also extortionate. One to avoid if you like a quiet Indian that is reasonably priced.

The food and customer service is excellent, and the chicken tikka wraps are out of this world! I would highly recommend you give them a try. 👍🏻

Prices fantastic especially in comparrison to abother well known Indian restaurant/ takeaway in the same town. Not blown away by the quality of the food, especially after a reccomendation from close friends, but overall it wasn't bad at all. Just not as tasty as elsewhere, for us. Most probably still worth a try.

The food from this Indian is stunning my son and I have only just found it and won't go anywhere else. Fast delivery the food is packed with care and always piping hot, if you love Indian food I would urge you to go here you will not be disappointed and will never go back.

I've used Sukhi's for years. In the last year or so I think they've been taken over because the portions have shrunk and seem to be mostly sauce and very little actual meat/paneer/potato. It's alright in terms of taste, but arrived luke warm and half an hour late (pre ordered 6 hours earlier). I won't be using them again as I feel very let down by the poor quality and tiny portions. There are a lot of good quality Indian takeaways in Darwen, so they won't last long if they don't improve! This isn't the first review criticising the change in portions!

Dissaponted last night, food was cold, wrong rice sent, no bombay potato arived and missing garlic bread. Too many errors in one order hence feedback.

King prawn starter. More like onion starter. 3 prawns. Lamb main meal 4 pieces of lamb. Would of just ordered a sauce. Tasty food but no meat or fish in the dish.

Started using this place again this year and so pleased we did. The food is absolutely amazing- we use a few local takeaways but this is by far the best. It genuinely is restaurant standard, but in a takeaway format. Nothing is too much trouble if you want to tinker with your order and everything is freshly prepared in an open kitchen. My personal favourite is the mixed grill which is awesome- highly recommended 👍

Decided to give Sukhi's a try tonight after a few disappointing take aways in the past abd iv got to say I was impressed with all the meals. Tasted great.

I have been frequenting Sukhi's takeaway for many years when Sukhi actually owned and ran it. Last year after 3 very disappointing meals i used other establishments. Tonight 19/09/2020 i decided to give them another chance, what a disaster. I chose a main course tandoori tikka mix garlic special, my wife chose a keema bhuna. My carton was filled with sauce which in fairness tasted ok but the tandoori content was disgraceful...3 small pieces of chicken and 3 small pieces of lamb (in the past when Sukhi owned it there would have been 4 or 5 pieces of chicken, 4 or 5 pieces of lamb and at least one or two king prawns), my wifes keema bhuna (minced lamb) was devoid of meat and was 90% sauce instead of at least 80% minced lamb. The bill with 3 pappadum was £20-00 delivered. Quite simply NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered a couple of Chicken Rogan Josh from Sukhi's tonight. I collected it myself. The food was delicious and hot and it was great to watch it being prepared. I would DEFINITELY recommend Sukhi's takeaway and will continue to use it myself.

Ordered a chicken tikka masala yesterday and I can honestly say it was the best curry I've ever had in a long time, wife bought one of the special balti dishes and she keeps nagging me to order from here again. Will deffo be coming here again.keep up the great work sukhis!

Collected a takeaway last night from Sukhis. Worst meal ive ever had from here. Ordered Chicken Rogan Josh. Deeply disappointed x2 pieces of tomato in and no onions. Just cubes of chicken in sauce. Plus it was way too hot. Naan breads fell in bits and have shrunk in size. All new staff were behind the counter. Will have to source another Curry Centre as this one has definately gone down hill

Awful. Deeply disappointed was the worst curry ive ever had. Been coming to Sukhis for years but last nights takeaway wasnt up to the usual standard. Ordered Chicken Rogan Josh . It had no onions in and 2 small pieces of tomato. Then it was just chunks of chicken in sauce. On picking my order up all different staff were cooking and serving. Heres hoping the regular staff will be back and it will be back to the top standard im accustomed to

I'm a long distance lorry driver and love my curry, dropped off my trailer and drove down had a chicken dansak and it was bang on ,hot sweet and sour just how it should be, got plenty of food and great service, well worth a visit and recommend it to proper curry lovers

Garlic Chilli Chicken, tasty but not as hot as I'd expected. Disappointed with the portion size, in a plastic tub that you usually get the rice in rather than the traditional long silver tray. Got the 10% discount for collecting but they got it back by shorting me on the poppadoms. Won't be going back.

I have been ordering from Sukhis for the last 18 years and It has always been great. Recently something has changed and it’s really not very nice at all. The chef must have changed or something as nothing tastes the same. Cheaper ingredients and a less flavourful taste. Stick to how it was, that’s what made it great. You are losing customers. I will now order from Akash which is now the best in Darwen. It used to be Sukhis but you’ve lost your way

Really very poor compared to how it used to be. The recipes and flavours have changed for the worse and the value isn’t as good. Bring back the mix and match for 2 offer. The new offers are much less value for money. Bring back the old recipes they were much better. What’s gone wrong?!

I have been ordering from here for years and had consistently excellent food. Last night however the food had changed significantly for the worse. The shish kebab starter was dry and bland, the garlic naan breads had less garlic than usual, the keema pilau rice now contains peas, little keema and little flavour and the curry sauces had a different taste than usual for the worse. If I knew things had changed I wouldn’t have ordered. Very dissatisfied

Sukhi's Indian, probably the best Indian in Darwen for curry quality. A little dearer than others, with good reason.

We used to order here regularly years ago, I’ve just received my order and it’s spot on. I got the (lonely) meal for one and there’s enough to feed 2 people. Delicious thank you

We have been using the Sukhis establishments for years and since the restaurant closure have continued to utilise the takeaway part of the business. Extremely polite and professional staff, always ready on time, food quality never waivers, pricing is extremely reasonable and it's nothing short of a pleasure to use this business. One of my all time favourites 😋

Called in, was told to stop swearing when I hadn't sworn at all and also told I couldn't have received an email as they haven't got the order. Strange that as I got the phone number from your email!

my husband loves the tandoori mix grill and personally not loving spicy food Sukhi makes me a beautiful Butter chicken mild but so tasty its one of the Best in Darwen I have ever Tasted. I miss the fact you no longer have the Restaurant.

The food really is always, always good. Reasonable prices and fast delivery. What more could you ask from a takeaway? The Dakha is especially good as is the Jalfrezi.
