Ordered at 18:00, had a message today was delayed, food came 19:20, I wouldn’t mind the lateness if the food was hot but it was cold and totally ruined our meal and it was not cheap

Mushroom Puri was cold, and the bread felt microwaved as it was hard in some places when it arrived as it had cooled, other food was ok, not my favourite nor will I order from here again,

The food was cold the packaging with the bag was full of curry careless the curry’s had tip an it was in the bottom it fell through the brown bag not acceptable

Ordered for 6pm delivered at 6pm, tasty food as always they did forget my salad and mint sauce but brought it to me straight away, fantastic service would highly recommend.

I always end up returning to Bilash. It has been consistently up to a high standard during the many years that I have eaten from there, and that’s well over a decade. I love their fresh coriander flavours, although I’m also a sucker for their methi dishes. Cannot fault the place.

Absolutely disgusting I ordered delivery to be told do one as they now say they don't deliver tried charging me an extra fee and contacted my bank to get my money bank

Yet another excellent meal ,chicken korma,chicken tikka jalfrezi and lamb jalfrezi with pilau rice papadoms and sauces.Everything was piping hot and very enjoyable and arrived within 5 mins of stated time.Never been disappointed yet had approx.8 takeaways.

Lovely Mother's Day curry. Food is always ready on time, fresh, hot & very tasty. Nice box of chocolates came with our order, what a nice way to thank their customers. Thank you Bilash for the kind gesture.

It's usually good not this time the starter for 2 was very disappointing very small Portion size curry lack Flavor chips Wet and soggy

Completely bland - biryani was nothing like any biryani I've ever had, basically pilau rice with a few chunks of lamb in. Super disappointed, won't be back.

Bilash can make some delicious food and one of the best around, however the last few times we have ordered it's not been very good, this has has happened previously, tonight's was not good either, balti madras tasted nothing like madras should do

What can I say; been using Bilash since it opened many moons ago,this was the worst I’ve ever had! Tasteless masala sauce with literally scraps of chicken in it!! Oh & a stale chapati to top it off,I’ll try somewhere else next time 😐

Delivery was a hour and half over all but the food was amazing was deffo worth the wait will be ordering again from them.

driver could not find my house to deliver so went and delivered to other customers after calling the takeaway 3 times an hour later it turned up but I had to re heat everything. by this time I was already frustrated and didn't want to eat it.

just got a chicken tikka masala. a tikka balti bhuna. with pilau rice and starers.. one of the best currys ive had in a long time tikka chicken peices are massive in the starters. the samosas are actually better then manshas ..theyre nice and flakey with more filling.. same with the mains. the servings are big lots of meat and sauce no oily water at the bottom. tastes exactly as it should ehich is a delight. the naans are really nice to.. not doughy.. well worth the money and you can taste the quality. .

Food was excellent as always but it was freezing cold. I don’t know what’s happened with delivery but it’s like they had several orders to deliver in one go. To the point the driver was confused we had to correct order? This is not bilash - food was amazing just cold ☹️

Rarely buy Indian as I make my own BIR curries but when I do I go Bilash. Been going here for years and years and never disappoints. Proper quality food

Was once our go to Indian weekly for years, tried again this week after a lengthy break hoping all good again.... Order arrived with items missing, quickly sorted and missing items delivered 15 mins later, but by that point it's sort of ruined the meal, then tried the chicken Madras x2, unbelievably hot, and we like hot curry, but this was inedible, so it went into the bin, naan bread excellent, mixed starter good, shame the service and Madras let it down, back to another lengthy break.

Tasted just as we remember no had it for a long time but will be returning! Excellent food xx

Not the best, I don’t like giving bad reviews but this was just average at best. Onion bhaji, over cooked and greasy, Nans overcooked, dark brown and very doughy… shame.

Everything was bland and had no flavour when the korma usually taste sweet, I ordered coconut rice but had no taste of coconut, again was bland, the chicken pakoras where dripping in grease

Just had a takeaway and it was perfect 🤩 arrived on time , piping hot, and the food was delicious and worth every penny . 100% recommend

Treated ourselves for the first time in ages, delivered earlier than expected, arrived hot and tasted great! Lad likes chips with his and the best but is they don’t put them in those awful polystyrene boxes that makes them soggy so we’re still fresh

Food was late, incorrect order and customer service was terrible! No refund given after an £80 order and ruined our nephews birthday. His meal didn't even come.

Only ordered because delivery time said 30-45min. Ordered accepted, 60 to 70 min delivery time. Turned up after 95, cold

Butter chicken dish fairly tasty but chicken tikka masala very bland. Dish needs to be more creamy tasting or maybe try some almonds...both dishes lacked overall taste and very bland comparing to 'taste of India' in bury our normal local.

Not all paid for food items were delivered with the order. I had to telephone to seek the full order. Was addressed by a rude person, questioning my order. Shortly afterwards, the rest of the order arrived. I should not have to telephone to receive the original order which was paid for. Once the rest of the order was delivered the poppadoms were all crushed up inside the bag. (presume because I telephoned to complain about the order and believe the delivery men left it in the car by mistake, because it arrived very soon after I complained). Will not be ordering from Bilash Indian Takeaway again.

Curry was water with no depth of flavour. Tandoori Lamb chops were okay.

Minced lamb in a chicken dish, with nothing mentioned on the menu. It should be very clear what is in each dish!

£6.95 for 3 king prawn starter with no mint sauce!! Ridiculous . Madras bang average - Been going here a while but not again - Pilau globule and tasteless - Madras sauce like from a tin .

Chicken Tikka Masala was so bland, sauce flavourless, not sweet enough, chicken tikka pieces flavourless - right colour, right texture but thats about it - couldn't eat it - no point - don't think I'll be using again as this isn't the first time

Been going here for over 20yrs. Formerly called the Honey Garden. Polite staff cooking in an open kitchen and the food is fantastic. Would have got 5 stars but it took me 15 years to find out that they had loyalty reward cards. 😉

Used to have billash a couple of times a week... Its gone terrible.. Have they changed the chef....

Food tasted good but would have preferred not to have to warm it in the microwave to get to an edible temperature. Presumably there were a few deliveries before mine as took almost 20 mins to arrive after txt saying with delivery driver, therefore the food went cold

Never had a single bad dish from this lovely place, always delivered in time or early, food is a good portion size, tasty and piping hot.

Chips were soggy and cold. We preordered and it arrived late, most of the food was either lukewarm or cold.

Never been here before but will be my go to curry place now!!! Amazing curries

Used to be the best Indian in Blackburn and Darwen. Not sure if the Chef has changed but I've been going here for over 12 years and tonight it just wasn't the same. Biryani had hardly any flavour, samosas have changed to what seem to be store bought ones, chicken wings arrived as a piece of chicken and a wing with a bit of leg. So basically got less meat. Really disappointed as it was always my favourite.

Really disappointed in tonight's order after so many good meals, the starters were lukewarm at the best. The tikka masala is missing the cream, it was almost a bolognese sauce and the rice was claggy but hard.

Absolutely spot on, best curry in ages! Don’t normally order from Bilash but have it a whirl. Bhuna and karahi were delish 😋

Tried to order on line and was directed to the app What a shambles waithe over an hour for deliver on a Wednesday . Rang the shop after an hour and guess what ? Yes it’s on its way , so my guy delivering must of gone via Bolton another 35 mins before my food arrived absolutely shocking service

Really lovely and will be ordering again. My only wish is that if something comes with salad on please have an option to remove it. We prefer thicker cut chips with a curry but the ones that We received were fine.
