The best restaurants in London

We went to the restaurant after booking a couple of weeks in advance but years of saying we really wanted to go. It looks the part and is lovely inside. Sadly, the food was disappointing. Starters were at best, good. The mains, however, were incredibly poor. I had fish (on the bone) with new potatoes and my partner had the steak. It quite literally was just fat, and had no taste whatsoever. The table right next to us had the same and pushed it around their plates before leaving promptly. My partner mentioned to the waiter his dislike and was met with a 'stare' that was then directed at me ? I was shocked at the unprofessionalism. As the restaurant is small, it was very awkward. Anyway, we paid our £120 and left. We will not be returning. Had we had a more professional waiter, we would've just put it down to making the wrong choice on the menu - but it was actually the waiters response that made our mind up that we a) would not be returning, and b) wrote this review.

Es como estar en una fiesta con buena comida y el ambiente más maravilloso! El mejor personal! Todos son tan amables y hábiles con la forma en que cortan la carne delante de ti. El bar de ensaladas es delicioso.

I just had the best past of my life! The burrata, the sauce, omg! The waitress that helped us was so sweet. I told her I wanted a dish that was in the special menu last week and she made it happen! I even got upgraded to a full sized burrata! She was very sweet and advised me on what kind of pasta and if the extra cheese would go well with my dish! We stayed in Richmond for 10 days and ate at Sebastian’s 3 times! Thank you for such a nice experience!

So glad I popped in - fab place! These cafes are the heart and soul of London and need to be supported. Nice friendly chat with the owner, top nosh, and great London vibes. Oh and go and see the Sherlock pics if you're a fan :-)

We visited here because of the excellent Google reviews and it didn't disappoint. Brilliant choices for breakfast and drinks. The atmosphere was lovely. Most importantly the breakfast was delcious.

Loved the food here. I got the mixed lunch box with chicken and lamb on top of bulgur. They added a good amount of sauce and vegetables to balance everything out.

The atmosphere is cozy and the food is delicious. It's a shame that I wasn't able to order several menu items because I was visiting alone.

All the dishes are cooked to perfection! I highly recommend the artichoke dish!! Martha was super friendly! We had sangria, mushroom croquettes, artichoke, tortillas, ox cheek, beef onglet, octopus and miso basque cheesecake😋😋

The best gluten free restaurant I went to in London. Honest smash burger and the fries! Omg! What a lovely experience ❤️ I went 2 times and the starf was lovely and asked for allergies before hand

I always enjoy the artesian . Amazing cocktails yes but the real strength is in the customer service. We had Francesco who was amazing and can only hope he is there when I next pop in.
