The best restaurants in Cathall Waltham Forest London

I loved the food here, me and my friends are extremely saddened that the place closed down recently, they had the best and most affordable chinese food which had great flavour and quick service. I hope the owners see this as I'm sure many people have wondered what happened to this palace.

Relaxed atmosphere with a mature crowd. Sheesha is great and very good value. Have tried several items from the menu and all have been excellent.

Very friendly and excellent level of service

Great food and charming staff, we had a really enjoyable evening, For some reason we had not tried this restaurant before but glad we finally did. As well as the normal menu there were also very interesting specials. We had fish stew from the menu and a risotto from the specials and would order them again! Reasonably priced for the standard of food and good atmosphere. We are really looking forward to a return visit.

The chips were old and tasted like old warmed up roasts and the fish swam in oil and was really not tasty. Very disappointing after all the previous orders from Mr Chippy which were a much higher standard.

Had our Mother's Day celebration there. Wow!! Service was outstanding, the food was out of this world. The whole ambience was perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant for any one who wants a taste of Uganda. 🤎

I been ordaining today from this guys. I took a Full English Breakfast and is not looking very pleasant. It came everything in one small plastic container. The food was cold and the chips tasted old. Plus in the picture is showing 2 sausages and I received only one.

Great place not to busy during afternoon. Got 0% alcohol beer in tab what was a plus. Out side garden with seats cover from rain and wind.

The grandpa's are weird but other than that, it's fun and cheap

Very old traditional pub. Well worth a visit. Decent prices and some ales in tap as well which is good.
