Pranzos in Waltham Forest

El servicio es absolutamente impactante. La mujer de la recepción es extremadamente grosera. La comida nunca está lista cuando dicen que lo está, y cuando cuestiono el momento, me dijeron que no me servirían y que me devolverían el dinero. Una forma absolutamente impactante de tratar a los clientes.

La hamburguesa y el pollo es demasiado bueno! y muy sabroso! ¡Definitivamente la mejor tienda de piri piri y 100 veces mejor que Nandos!

No soy un gran fanático de las cadenas de restaurantes, pero si tuviera que decir que no tuve un poco de comida de Nando en cuestión, ¡sería una mentira! Encontré este lugar por error y Dios mío, me alegro tanto de haberlo hecho. El pollo aquí está en otro nivel en comparación con otros restaurantes que sirven pollo. El tamaño de la porción es superior al promedio y el sabor de la auténtica parrilla de carbón ahumado es hermoso. ¡El pollo está siempre perfectamente cocido y perfectamente cocinado! Lo mejor de todo es que la mitad del precio de Nandos! La selección de salsa también es increíble, ¡muchos sabores encantadores! El tamaño y la calidad de las porciones son siempre consistentes, realmente he encontrado un negocio local al que puedo apoyar en lugar de introducir mi dinero en las grandes cadenas de supermercados. Me da la esperanza de que las pequeñas empresas como estas puedan tener éxito en el mercado actual. Un modelo operativo sólido pero simple.

La comida era muy sabrosa y preparada con cuidado. El servicio al cliente también fue excelente. thnx Estoy obligado y volveré a visitar.

Comida sencilla y sabrosa. Siempre cocinado fresco y muy buen precio por calidad. Mozzarela stick & wedges son mis favoritos personales.

The guy with light coloured eyes on the counter said his name was khan charged us 3 pound each for the sauces. We felt like we were being robbed ... very rude. Will never go back there... feel like he just wanted to go home.. if you want a real business please just employ people that add value to your business. I am food critique and will not be saying anything positive about my experience.. also all my cousins that go and eat in this place we’re informed about the bad experience as we had to get takeaway because we were not allowed to eat in.

So disappointed with my visit to this restaurant the management was arrogant food was appalling cold and not at all what I expected Orders a chicken grill burger meal instead got a paper thin chicken slice , when I told the management this is not a fillet of chicken he disagreed and was very rude would not recommend I don't think I would ever step foot in there again

I ordered from Just Eat at 20:10 for delivery as soon as possible. Called Pranzos at around 9 and was told that the driver was only 2-3 minutes away. The food actually arrived at around 21:25. Would've appreciated if he was honest and not told me that he is just minutes away. I could have cooked and eaten in that time, had I known! Food was okay anyway...

Went today with a friend we both got grilled chicken burgers and they were delish would defo recommend and cant wait to visit again thanks guys

Hands down the best chicken place in East London! I came accross it on Just Eat and from the reviews I had just had to try it... Thank god I did! Their platter is insane and sooooo tasty and great value, HONESTLY you need to try this place.

Delicious food as always in traditional style. Need not to say .... finger licking and out standing in all respects. Recommended for family groups and get to gathers .

Highly recomended place... my wife and my daughter order PIRI PIRI CHICKEN with lemon and herb flavour.. and i ordered a grilled burger.. we were just walk in customers but now we will be regular because we recently shift local to leyton... healthy , hygienic, best customer service.. 5/5

Outstanding value for money , always loved it . It's our regular place for our get to gather. Comfy place for sitting in the lower floor.

The chicken was very delicious, tender and extremely fresh. Better than Nandos I had visited in the past. The appropriate enjoyments I had was for the fingers licking chicken and sauces they served. I will definitely be a regular visitor at this restaurant.

Have been here 3 tines now amazing chicken with really good priced meals. Chicken is well prepared and delicious. Staff are very pleasant . Atmosphere is good. Will be a regular customer here for sure if quality and service continues like this. A MUST TRY...

thought id try this new place, expected a cheaper version of nandos but was only in regards of price!!!!!! food was much better and so was service, but was very impressed with family/party rooms...... thumbs up :-)
