So glad we found this place! The food was delicious, such an exciting mix of flavours and options, loved it all! Everything was made with care and was fresh and tasty. Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful, made us feel very welcome. We will be back for sure,best breakfast I’ve had in ages thank you 😍

*"An absolute insider tip!* I had breakfast in this cafe today and it was simply fantastic! The breakfast was incredibly delicious, everything was freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned. You can immediately tell that the cooking here is done with love and passion. The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting, but what really made the visit special was the waitress. She was incredibly nice, friendly and accommodating. She greeted us with a smile, gave us great advice and made us feel really welcome. I can only warmly recommend this café, both the food and the service are simply top! I'll definitely come back

Coffee Gardens is a hidden gem in the heart of Leytonstone. My wife and I recently visited this charming cafe for breakfast and we were completely blown away by the experience. I ordered the full English breakfast and let me tell you, it was the best I have ever had. The quality of the ingredients, the taste, and the presentation were all top-notch. Every bite was a delight and I savored every moment of my meal. My wife, who is a vegetarian, opted for the vegetarian breakfast and she was equally impressed. The dish was beautifully prepared and had a perfect balance of flavors. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating these dishes. I also have to give a special mention to our waiter, who provided excellent customer service throughout our meal. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He even recommended some delicious drinks that complimented our meals perfectly. Overall, our experience at Coffee Gardens was nothing short of amazing. The food, the service, and the ambiance all exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast experience. We will definitely be returning soon.

I have visited Coffee Garden after a long time. My experience has always been great. Bobby at Coffee Garden was extremely sweet and kind. He made sure our breakfast had the perfect flavour. The drinks and the desserts were too delicious. The kunafa has the right amount of sweet and it was really tasty. The menemen was really good . It was 10/10!The Mediterranean and American pancake for breakfast or brunch is a perfect meal. The prices are affordable, halal and the spaces are great. You can take amazing pictures with your friends or family. The Coffee Garden team treat you like their own family. This is my favourite breakfast place . Thank you once again for today.

Went for brunch on the weekend. Had ran out of various items and service was incredibly slow for a simple order. Place seems to have gone downhill last 2 years. Shame.

Grabbed coffee to go, we were the only customers and they forgot to make our drinks - we were standing by the till the entire time while 3 people ignored us for over 10 minutes. We had to remind them and repeat the order 3 times before they made the coffees and unfortunately they weren’t great, flat whites were way too milky.

This was a very bad experience. Went for breakfast, chef not around, waited nearly an hour, then got a full English and it was like eating rubber and the beans were cold. They did replace it. Horrible experience. They don’t value their customers.

Very lovely food options , the taste is very nice and big portions. Affordable place for 2 we payed about £28 in total including drinks. Would recommend!

Nice atmosphere and good service. I only came in for a coffee and some tap water. There was some building work going on next door which I could barely hear, but they gave me a free bottle of water to compensate. Nice server and I'd come back again as the food looked good too.

Amazing food always quality stuff. had a situation with a driver who didn't deliver my food and the shop went above and beyond to help me out made the food again! and delivered the food themselves by hand, they contacted just eat FOR me. the young man i dealt with was wonderful more than helpful. Customer service couldn't ask for better. and the food is always lovely.

Bolognese was covered in pepper so my 5 year old couldn't eat it and was missing an item from desserts, so disappointed today. Can't fault their breakfast/brunchs though!

Interior is beautifully done especially the outdoors part in the back. Visited twice and the food has been a hit and miss. Usually we order the full english breakfast and the Mediterranean breakfast, first time was great and second time not so much. The hash browns were sad and a bit on the soggy side, the little honey packet tasted like it was expired - just wasn’t a great experience. On the plus side they do fabulous fresh smoothies which I’d recommend.

Unless you like slow service and cold food-AVOID! After hearing several recommendations for this place we decided to give it a go. We went at lunch time, and it seemed busy. We were seated quickly, made our order and drinks came promptly. Started off great but it was downhill from there. After 25 minutes the food had still not arrived and most diners had left. We asked where the food was, our hot drinks have gone cold by now and the ice has melted in the cold drinks. We asked again, they said the food is coming, 10 minutes later my not very eggy menemen arrived without the bread. My husbands full English had cold beans and turkey rashers and the rest was luke warm. 5 minutes later 2 x American garden meals come out, again with cold turkey and cold beans luke warm the rest of it. No maple syrup. Finally my sons burger and chips came out and was nothing to rave about. We had to go and ask about our food at least 4 times. There was no apology that the food had taken ridiculously long, or was cold, or that it didn't all arrive at the same time. We were so cross and disappointed. We spent a similar amount in Anatolia on Leyton High Road and wished we had gone there again, where the food arrives promptly, hot and with a smile. As we walked out, not a single member of staff thanked us for our custom and didn't even look up or acknowledge us. Do not go here!!

Shocking service have tried a few times just contuine to be poor. Poor service I ordered food no one else in the restaurant waiting 40 mins so thought I inquire to where food is only to find out they haven't prepared it and forget. Shocking how can you run food establishment this unprofessionally. No apology nothing from the the worker just the fact she made an error. Honestly been there few times its all that same I do wonder how the operate no unprofesstionally. Shocking!!!!!

We went here for Mother’s Day and initially chose the place due to its convenient location. However we were pleasantly surprised, it’s actually a hidden gem! The food was amazing, pretty decor and lovely staff. Will definitely be going back. I’ve had to come back and change my review. Previously 5 stars. I returned after some time, and found since my last review the quality of the food and service has gone downhill. I’m not from the local area, I drove for 40 minutes hoping for a similar experience as my last. However I left very disappointed, and unfortunately I won’t be returning.

Excellent little hidden gem of a cafe. Juices and smoothies were very good, food was for the most part excellent too. And service was good too with mistakes rectified without any fuss. Interior had a decent ambience too. Bonus points as all food is halal. On street parking is tricky but 90 mins free parking is available in the nearby B&M, but worth checking signs and maybe making a small purchase to cover yourself.

Amazing food the smoothies and milkshakes are amazing. I would say the service was slow and we were warned of that at the beginning we were advised 30mins for the food to arrive but it ended up taking an hour which was slightly disappointing but top marks for the food

A hidden gem, that we just happened to find for somewhere quiet to eat and work for a couple of hours. Such friendly and helpful attentive staff! The food was delicious! I love training different foods and tried the Menemen and ordered spicy Turkish sausage to add to it. The waiter recommended the feta goes well with it and it was a spot on recommendation. Menamen is a combination of peppers in a tasty tomato sauce with eggs. My daughter had the Mediterranean breakfast. All the ingredients were good quality. The whole bill came to just under £32 including one cold drink and two hot drink. We sat in the back room which was clean and simply decorated and halfway through our breakfast the roof was rolled back to reveal a beautiful sunny day. Will definitely be visiting this restaurant again soon

We just randomly visited that place for a nice brunch and it was a lovely experience from the moment we stepped into the way they greeted and the whole service and of course food was really nice. Special mention of Ceylan and Elif the who made this experience more Special... :)

Lovely cafe. The garden at the back is amazing. Roof opens in the summer time. Top customer service throughout. Definitely one to try!!

Me and my hubs love this place for their big breakfasts sets! Halal too. Just wish the music is a bit less loud but that's a personal preference.

This place is a bit of a hit and miss, good brunch menu, however the wait time is atrocious. The last few times I had been I was waiting for my food for over an hour. Best to go when it is not busy. The iced coffee also isn’t great, but the food is pretty decent.

The "barrister" does not have even a clue about customer service! She kept talking with her colleague while taking an order. No respect for the client at all. She did and put the drinks without even saying a word like here you go, your drinks are done and so on. No bye, no hi. NOTHING! Looks like she does not have a tongue to speak! Also, she does not have a clue how to make a coffee! She burned the milk and gas with no idea that the milk has to be heated until a certain temperature!

I personally called the shop and spoke to the man to re check my order before sending it. Still got order wrong and missing items.

The food was okay, the place wasn't very clean! The high chair, utensils and glasses were not clean! Staff were very nice!

It was busy, which is always a good sign. But it took us 20 minutes to have our order taken, and another hour for the food to arrive. We only ordered a panini and a wrap. Prices are high which is fine, but I expect a good experience, nice presentation etc. I came on bank holiday Monday - they are heavily understaffed, meaning coming here will waste a lot more time than you imagined. Chips were very oily and sauces do not come as standard with any meal, including chips. Tuna melt panini was cold, and the halloumi and falafel wrap had hair in it - see pics. Don't think I'd ever come again. Just such poor management and diligence. The poor waitress who served us was very apologetic and nice though

A nice little breakfast place that serves halal food, when you're in the food for a full English this is a great option. The full English in particular is fairly big, nothing extra special, just a standard full English but we've never been disappointed. The room at the back is quite nice and well decorated, it does get a little cold though if you get there around opening time and they've just opened up and put the heating on. But otherwise it's a nice cafe.

Very underrated halal brunch venue. Fantastic staff (our waitress was fantastic) and the food was amazing made even better by the low prices!

Good points: Food was good. Waiters are polite. Decoration is nice. Bad points: I repeated my order to the waiter 3 times and they still came back to confirm and got it wrong. Not sure why they couldn’t understand “Can I have the American breakfast with an extra sausage” unless I was speaking a language other than English. We had ordered our food at 12:30pm and did not receive anything until 1:35pm. The wait time is way too long for just 2 breakfast orders and drinks. Also I could see that there were other people who had ordered before me and hadn’t received their food either. I did not give a 1 star review because the food is pretty decent. But the wait time is unacceptable and needs to be improved. I will not be coming back here again unfortunately.

Dined in the restaurant on several occasions and every time food has been on point, I highly recommend this cafe to visit in East London. Also got takeaway and must say they kept up the standard on quality of food. Packaged very well that kept food fresh and presentable.

I was visiting London last week and only had one night in East London and was recommended this place for brunch & oh my gosh it was fantastic! It was a Monday about 1pm so was fairly quiet so don’t know what it is like when it is busy. However 10/10 for service food & hospitality. The decor and ambience was so nice and chilled. The place was very very clean too and that made the experience even better, as some places are neglecting hygiene. I came with my husband and as two extremely tired parents this was the perfect casual date. No fancy frills and just great food in a cosy ambience. Reminded me of cafes in Turkey! I will definitely come back when in London again! Thank you guys for the great service x

Really great coffee and brunch place in Leyton. Waiters were really attentive and helpful. Food was delicious and fresh we had the vegan breakfast plate and avocado breakfast plate. Portions were really big and I couldn't finish it. Really good value for money! As it was around £8. Comfy and cosy place!

This is a hidden gem! You can easily miss it, not sure why that is but if you do spot it, do venture in. The hosts are just superb and welcoming, the menu varied, I had the English breakfast, every morsel just left you wanting more! Most importantly they are Halal… the gentleman waiting on me was just amazing, he just didn’t tire asking after me, “ How’s the food, can I get you anything else?” Just superb experience, do visit..

Food is delicately saying awful, had panini which was completely dry. Tomatoes and chicken were pretty old. At least staff was polite and nice.

Have been here many times before amazing place ! This time we had the Mediterranean breakfast and the menemen which was delicious either the bread rolls Was so ful but was asking to try a milky cake dessert … was so light ! The caramel on top was so yummy !

Strawberries were off and they put 2 cut in half strawberries on pancakes. Sausages were under cooked did not notice till later on. Hash browns were oily. Two starts for the drinks. Give people fresh food, we do not need food poisoning.

The food took over an hour to arrive and when I asked the waiter for an update on where the food was, he didn't get back to me. I had to ask again to get an answer. The food was adequate but not worth waiting over an hour for. It would be common courtesy to ask if we are OK whilst they made us wait, or at least let us know there is a delay. We won't be coming back here.

I've only visited once for a takeaway coffee which wasn't great, but the man working there was lovely and I can see that there are many other glowing reviews about the food, so I might visit again.

I requested one of my sandwiches to have no egg or mayo as I'm allergic now I'm still hungry and had to throw it in the bin. The other sandwich my partner has was good quality food though. Just me unhappy

1 hour wait for food and despite asking twice no one came to update us. Had to go and ask the person making the coffees before we were told how long our food would be. Food was fine, but not worth an hour wait.

PATHETIC !! The wait is appalling. We waited more than an hour and half for our breakfast and the response we got that they are short staffed, that there is only 1 chef and she has to do the dishes too - not my problem actually. Personally I cannot wait for an hour for food at any restaurant.

Gentleman that made me a flat white had no idea how it should look like. It tasted like a massive amount of steamed milk with small hint of coffee. It was disappointing.
