Dixy Chicken in Waltham Forest

I have been buying food from this shop for many years. The service and the food was always on point. The staff are very polite and friendly. I would recommend this chicken shop if you are looking warm and nice food!

Just ordered 2 BBQ wings meals and was given a box with 3 wings, no drinks or fries for either order. I just wasted £15 on this. This is so insulting and I don't even understand how you make a mistake like that.

This is where I buy food most of the time One of the workers behaves very badly and it seems that the fellow member doesn't know the word laughter , last 3 times they forgot to give mayonnaise and ketchup , However, if the food is good though and the behavior of the workers has to be changed, if they do they can reach even higher heights 🙏🏽

I bought a pizza from this shop. It is very expensive almost the same price as Domino’s. The pizza didn’t even taste good and I am very disappointed.

Staff are very friendly here.. Food is tasty.. The wings are a firm favourite and the burgers too.. Reasonable prices and they have recently given the shop a makeover now selling Milkshakes. They have stopped doing the different sized pizzas though which were great value.. Now they just do a 12 inch.

Exceptional service & absolutely delicious food. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service provided by the staff members every time I visit. Extremely polite and kind offering a personal touch. The food only gets better, the fries are better than McDonald’s, the chicken is always fresh, juicy and full of flavour. Recently they’ve started making pizzas which are presented so beautifully and leave you wanting more. As good as an Italian pizzeria! Quality milkshakes also available - honestly the best chicken shop. My family and I absolutely love it and you just know you’ll always get great tasting food with a kind and courteous service.

This is the best pizza I have tasted in a while, ordered a pizza not expecting much but I was amazed by the food I received, furthermore the wings are to die for. It came burning hot and cooked to perfection.

Good place for a quick takeaway. It’s right opposite Blackhorse road station on the Victoria line and is open till late. Always delicious. The fried chicken wings are the best.

I ordered 12" pizza last night cost me just £6, it was too good, that pizza chef brother sprinkle some magic chilli oil on my Donor and veg pizza gave it a unique taste. 10/10 for sure.

Move on if you're looking for a low quality, tasteless chicken as this Dixy is the Golden Standard when it come to Chicken Shops. It's as if the taste of the "old school" burger is back in town. Food is always fresh, well seasoned and most importantly budget friendly. Chicken is supplied by Eden Valley Group whom are HMC certified.

The service at the restaurant was horrible on multiple occassions. The cashier, who seemed very unfriendly, spoke very broken English making it hard to understand him, which annoyed him visibly. The food was overcharged and don't expect to get the 5:30pm meal deal at 5:15pm, they'll tell you it's too late. Last time I went there, I walked out infuriated and empty-handed. Generally, I would've liked to go there more often, but the service made it a future no-go for me.
