Greggs in Waltham Forest

My food was stone cold and had no way to reheat it went in bin and only got a 3 pound refund on a 16£ order absolute joke

Absolutely fumming, firstly you should see the state of my pizza it’s is horrific. They have squashed it all. The flat white was given as a white Americano. Never ordering again for this useless place again

Fast delivery got everything I ordered great service

The cookies were overdone so messed it up a bit

Took an hour just to deliver two bacon rolls, which were cold by the time they arrived.

ridiculous, bring half the order now have to reorder the same thing and it cost m the delivery charge again, both shop and delivery driver are responsible for lazy, shoddy work

I usually love Greg's steak bake. but I couldn't eat any of the pieces of meat. they were chewy and tough. so quite disappointed today. the rest of the order was fine. came in good time. I will order again. Just a one off for this steak bake I guess

I am still awaiting my delivery of a tuna salad baguette as the ham smells of rotting. No one has come yet. How long more shall I wait?

My baguette was destroyed. The pieces of onion was an even cut in small pieces. There were massive chunks. Even my child thought it was bacon. The tuna was all out of the bread and on the wrapper instead of in the sandwich. Bread was soggy and wet.

ordered bacon with breakfast roll (which was paid extra for) No bacon in roll and the steak bakes were freezing cold. When you order a takeaway you do not expect to eat cold food.

I ordered and paid for 2 Xmas baguettes and only 1 was delivered and the coffees had spilled all over the bag. I tried contacting someone but couldn’t as everything was impossible to do to get to talk to someone, I will never order a takeaway again because it’s impossible to get your money back if something goes wrong.so I’m giving them no stars,very disappointed.

my drink was leaking out, but the driver apologised which is unusual. the food was good as always.

the delivery time kept getting longer, the 8 x donuts came in squashed boxes with the icing stuck to the lid. but the bakes were lovely.

pasties were fresh and hot. they extra secured my hot drink to ensure it didn't spill and thankfully it was in tact when delivered. thanks!

The sausage rolls were far to peppery and cold. Did not enjoy them at all.

Was meant to be delivered by 12:35, I placed the order at 11:40, this place is 15 minutes away, got later and later, didn’t end up getting a delivery driver until 2:10pm, I had already had to leave the house by then, the delivery driver asked for the code through the message bit so it could be cancelled but now it says delivered and I want a full refund, I have screenshots of everything from the original delivery time to me asking the delivery driver to not deliver and cancel, sort it out.

glazed doughnut where soggy and wet not the usual iced rings I was expecting. The hot chocoloate and an awful slimy texture and putrified smell. I would appreciate a refund. There was no sachet for the tea ! The Jammie doughnut was not fresh dough.

Ordered on JustEat and the coffee was cold and the baguette was also cold and hard don’t understand how you can send out a cold coffee and cold food and think it’s acceptable and this has happened more than once !never again

The worst place to order from the coffee was cold and the bacon baguette was hard as rock and also cold! What’s the point of sending out cold items

It was so nice today I have given treat to my friend in the office they loved the doughnut 🍩 and even the bake items . It was fresh and well packed. Driver on time . Will order again. Thanks again for your great effort 👍

Walthamstow Greggs members of staff clearly do NOT KNOW how to count!!!! How do I order 4 boxes of donuts and receive 2!???? I always have issues with orders from Walthamstow, from missing items to wrong items! Unacceptable!!!

One of the best greggs for packaging even hot drinks they take extra care in taping cup lid down so no spillage on route to you. Thanks guys.

whoever put the lid on the coffee cup increctly positioned the lid so i only git half a cup of coffee

although some items were left behind greggs called as some as they knew and dealt with it straight away and redeliveryed my order, I've very happy with how they handled this I would strongly recommend greggs their customer service is spot on. thank you to the amazing hard working woman who rectified the situation. 10/10

I ordered a hot cheese and ham baguette but I was sent an unheated cheese and ham baguette. There is 65p difference in the cost of a hot baguette meal and a cold baguette meal

Most affordable hot chocolate in the area, was only £2 for a regular (which is much better than the expensive “artisan” coffee houses Still was an average hot chocolate, but I like the sausage rolls, and the staff were quick

I really love the sausage rolls, me and my dad has that and sometimes I have a treat there, they sometimes keep the food there ready for the people which is great! 5 stars definitely.

Let's just say the store is not located in the best area so staff must go through so much "fun". However, they are super nice and friendly, trying their best to serve you fast and effectively. Selection is always satisfying

Tuna crunch baguette was dry, tasteless and the limp, wilted salad was devoid of any 'crunch'. rip-off, considering the price.

I watched the delivery route and as before the rider follows the GPS to an approximate target on the map (not the actual final destination), after spending a couple of minutes in the adjacent road he finally rode round to mine, I decided to wait outside where I found him staring at my neighbours door 3 flats away from mine, I had to signal with my walking stick to him. I have paid and others have had my delivery in the past. The food was just warm. This is not acceptable.

The guy pass through my road to another destinaton and then he came to me and my food and coffee was completely cold

Both coffees were spilt when delivered. They had leaked through the paper bag they were in and spilled on to my floor at the front door when I was handed them. There was only about half a cup of coffee left in each one. Both lids were stuck down with sticky tabs at Greggs, so this must of happened during delivery.

order was late, entire cup.of coffee spilt and terrible service, excuses from courier stuck in traffic when he's riding a bike... courier definitely handled the items poorly

Everything was perfect except the cheese toastie. All I could taste was the bread. Little to no filling in it at all! Very unlike Greggs to do this but disappointing considering the price

A box of pizza delivered on its side. You’ve never seen such a mess. topping all over the box separated from the bases. Who delivers pizza on its side, seriously 😧

My order arrived 45 minutes late, 2 vegan sausage rolls delivered even though 3 were ordered and paid for, an egg omelette roll delivered instead of an omelette baguette. and I am unable to contact the shop or anybody else to rectify this problem.

Absolutely disgusted with orders ftom greggs lately my sausage znd bacon baguette had 1 sausage and 1 rasher of bacon.. Chicken and bacon baguette filling fit on a teaspoon!! WTH GREGGS?!!! Charge nearly £5 for these!! Terrible.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

A supposed 20 minute delivery took an hour. A driver accepted an order but didn't go to the restaurant for a very long time so the order was blocked. Pointless to order a hot drink.
