Greggs in Waltham Forest

Ordered on JustEat and the coffee was cold and the baguette was also cold and hard don’t understand how you can send out a cold coffee and cold food and think it’s acceptable and this has happened more than once !never again

the food took long to arrive and when it did finally arrive the food was completely cold I’m not happy or impressed with my order

coffee was just ok but had forgotten to put sausage in the sausage, cheese bean melt

Delivery driver did not order food

Walthamstow Greggs members of staff clearly do NOT KNOW how to count!!!! How do I order 4 boxes of donuts and receive 2!???? I always have issues with orders from Walthamstow, from missing items to wrong items! Unacceptable!!!

One of the best greggs for packaging even hot drinks they take extra care in taping cup lid down so no spillage on route to you. Thanks guys.

The delivery driver was very rude. Called me for directions and as I was speaking she hung up on me. No apologies and generally not a nice person.

whoever put the lid on the coffee cup increctly positioned the lid so i only git half a cup of coffee

2 breakfast rolls at 2 eggs and the other only 1. Ordered 5 hot drinks, 1 was missing

My sister and I ordered a pizza and my nan had a cheese and onion bake.The pizza was clumpy and wasn’t melted properly.And the pepperoni tasted weird.My sister and I then had a stomach ache the next day and my sister who sadly had diarrhoea

although some items were left behind greggs called as some as they knew and dealt with it straight away and redeliveryed my order, I've very happy with how they handled this I would strongly recommend greggs their customer service is spot on. thank you to the amazing hard working woman who rectified the situation. 10/10

I ordered a hot cheese and ham baguette but I was sent an unheated cheese and ham baguette. There is 65p difference in the cost of a hot baguette meal and a cold baguette meal

Most affordable hot chocolate in the area, was only £2 for a regular (which is much better than the expensive “artisan” coffee houses Still was an average hot chocolate, but I like the sausage rolls, and the staff were quick

I really love the sausage rolls, me and my dad has that and sometimes I have a treat there, they sometimes keep the food there ready for the people which is great! 5 stars definitely.

The hot sandwich meal was missing a bottle of Diet Coke

Let's just say the store is not located in the best area so staff must go through so much "fun". However, they are super nice and friendly, trying their best to serve you fast and effectively. Selection is always satisfying

Tuna crunch baguette was dry, tasteless and the limp, wilted salad was devoid of any 'crunch'. rip-off, considering the price.

I watched the delivery route and as before the rider follows the GPS to an approximate target on the map (not the actual final destination), after spending a couple of minutes in the adjacent road he finally rode round to mine, I decided to wait outside where I found him staring at my neighbours door 3 flats away from mine, I had to signal with my walking stick to him. I have paid and others have had my delivery in the past. The food was just warm. This is not acceptable.

I ordered a chocolate muffin but a cookie was delivered instead. The cookie was cheaper but I don't know how to get a refund

The guy pass through my road to another destinaton and then he came to me and my food and coffee was completely cold

Both coffees were spilt when delivered. They had leaked through the paper bag they were in and spilled on to my floor at the front door when I was handed them. There was only about half a cup of coffee left in each one. Both lids were stuck down with sticky tabs at Greggs, so this must of happened during delivery.

order was late, entire cup.of coffee spilt and terrible service, excuses from courier stuck in traffic when he's riding a bike... courier definitely handled the items poorly

Everything was perfect except the cheese toastie. All I could taste was the bread. Little to no filling in it at all! Very unlike Greggs to do this but disappointing considering the price

My order arrived 45 minutes late, 2 vegan sausage rolls delivered even though 3 were ordered and paid for, an egg omelette roll delivered instead of an omelette baguette. and I am unable to contact the shop or anybody else to rectify this problem.

Absolutely disgusted with orders ftom greggs lately my sausage znd bacon baguette had 1 sausage and 1 rasher of bacon.. Chicken and bacon baguette filling fit on a teaspoon!! WTH GREGGS?!!! Charge nearly £5 for these!! Terrible.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

A box of pizza delivered on its side. You’ve never seen such a mess. topping all over the box separated from the bases. Who delivers pizza on its side, seriously 😧

A supposed 20 minute delivery took an hour. A driver accepted an order but didn't go to the restaurant for a very long time so the order was blocked. Pointless to order a hot drink.

Driver said his bike broke he had to swap, but no contact for an hour he should have drooped the delivery. Extremely frustrating. As a result had warm food up!

After waiting for the map signal to return I watched as the delivery was one minute away, then the direction was changed as the delivery was taken to the next borough, eventually arriving fifteen minutes late and very cold (half the coffee was spilt in the bag).

The driver bag was filthy and they’re clean them all so you’re asking for a Photos. I’m really really sorry but my camera has as I broke my phone last week.and it in repair
