The Joburger is now open for lunch so was able to pop out while working from home to give them a try. I ordered the steak toastie and a coke. It took a little while, but consider they need to make the chips, the steak and then toast it - but totally worth the wait. The flavour combo was great and the sauce on there (I think it was the sauce) was super tasty, excellent lunch and will be having some more soon, looking forward to try the specialty pie's .

Asistí a una fiesta corporativa para más de mil personas en Hakwer House y me sorprendió. El lugar es moderno y moderno, lleno de excelentes opciones de comida para todos los gustos. La música fue aún mejor y todo el espacio tiene un ambiente maravilloso. Definitivamente regresaría. Como consejo, me encantaron las hamburguesas vegetarianas y también el bistec y las papas fritas, y uno de mis colegas elogió mucho a las arepas.

Came here recently to try the food here, but unfortunately they didn't have the only vegetarian option in stock, which was a shame. Instead got some bubble tea to go - it took a long time to come, but tastes good. Do want to try the food, so will try again another time and hopefully the vegetarian option is available!

We are currently staying in the said hotel and this has been 4th consecutive day. Our total booking was for 4 nights and 5 days. Always had high respect towards this brand and chain of hotels but this stay completely proved me wrong. 1)At time of check in we put forward our problem regarding being vegetarian and we were assured that we can get in touch with the chef regarding our requirements. Next morning when we tried asking the chef regarding plain veg sandwiches(with tomatoes and cucumbers) as none of the buffet items were not for our liking due to various meats and cooking styles it was turned down. 2) for straight 3 breakfasts we had seen the menu is the same and there is not even an item which differs from day to day. This makes us think if items in the breakfast are freshly made or the ones from the previous day are just put again 3) When we try calling up for any kind of room service for dental kits or cutlery and empty utensils from in room dining nobody ever responds and every night we have to go to the reception and collect dental kits. Unable to understand what kind of service does this mean? And as nobody responded for cutlery etc when we went to the reception requesting the same to be sent to our room, to our horror we were informed that we need to go to the restaurant and take the plates and cutlery on our own to the room. 4) Being the 4th day, apart from 1st day we never saw the complimentary water bottles being placed in the rooms when the rooms are cleaned by the room service teams. If there were 4 different customers on 4 different nights wouldn't the hotel provide water to the checking in customers ? On questioning the reception staff about such kind of behavior towards the customers, they end up answering that this is the policy of Hilton This is a very honest review and shocking experience of us
