Have ordered from here multiple times and have never ever been disappointed! Had both take-away and delivery. Food is always delivered bang on time or even early, and take-away is always ready in the time given! Every staff member I have interacted with has been so lovely and have just been a pleasure to speak to. The food is always incredible! Super fresh, piping hot and beautifully cooked! I also really appreciate just how much variety there is with the vegetarian options and it’s great fun to try new dishes each time! Passage to India is our go-to for Indian food every single time and they have become a wonderful addition to a cozy night in!

Food was fast to arrive, the containers were not 100 percent filled but the food was fine and a nice meal, we got a free dish and 1.25 coke so I'm happy, I would order again.

What a little gem! Ordered takeaway from their website and the curries were delicious, in particular the Ceylon and chefs specials ! What’s better, the prices are so affordable compared to anything else around here - highly recommend

Can’t comment on the food as our order never arrived. Ordered directly on the website - wasn’t sure if the order went through so called to confirm / place new order. Order was confirmed. Followed up 3 times by phone (over 80 minutes) and told “order is on the way” every time. On the fourth call, was told they don’t have our order and we must have ordered from a different restaurant. The customer service was very poor - the staff would hardly let me finish my sentence before cutting me off. Wouldn’t recommend.

The food quality was very poor chicken korma was sweet and doesn't have any apices okay even that's fine but the tandoori was full of color powder whether you guys use chili powder or any ink to get the red color that's very horrible. Please don't play with people's health. Using color is harmful to health.

Very good and tasty food. The chef is excellent and their delivery men are so nice and kind. One delivery man is very sweet and very loving he delivers food with his blue car.

Ordered the set meal for 1 tonight, incredible value for money and arrived 15 mins earlier than expected! I also asked if it would be possible to make the Madras a little hotter and they happily complied, all together great experience, a must try for all fans of Indian food!

I have tried lots of different Indian takeaways in South London and this is my favourite! We order from here most weekends - highly recommend the vegetable dhansak and sag chana

Meh. On the plus side, food was hot and arrived quickly. On the minus side, the chicken was overcooked/dry, the onion bhaji greasy and lacking much flavour, and the bhindi dish was a lot of sauce with some bits of the veg. Overall, an unremarkable experience that doesn't entreat me to return.

There was an unfortunate mistake where Google indicated the place was still open and Usman told me that it was incorrect and they were already closed when I called in about 5 minutes ahead of arriving he informed me that they're closed and getting ready to go home, but after I said that I had seen on Google it was mistaken he accommodated by making me something simple before they left. I didn't have any food so if not for these folks I would have gone hungry. :D

This was our first time ordering from here and I’m now questioning why!! It was delicious! Everything in our order was super tasty and it arrived on time. The delivery driver was really friendly and they even gave us a Christmas card which is so nice! Thank you - we will definitely be back!!!

Passed by many times, finally decided to give it a go. Couldn't have made a better decision. The food was really really good and being from India, I know good Indian food haha The most shocking thing though is the price. They really are customer centric or they would charge way more than they do. This is the second review I have written in my life, and they truly deserve it. Keep up the great work!

Order from the 5th December. We ordered a lamb Phal but was given a chicken instead. The food itself was tasty the tikka masala wasn’t what was expected but nice nonetheless. The peshwari naan is always great. Kind staff

One of the worst indian food. It came with so much oil that i could hardly eat anything. Do not recommend.

Food took so long to arrive and when it did it was cold and not what you expect from an indian takeaway at all! The coconut rice was so dry! and the onion bhaji was as flat as a pancake... so disappointed

Food was estimated at 1815 and arrived at 1843. Not hot i had to heat it in the microwave. Quite disappointed as I order from here quite alot

The food was warm and tasty. We ordered set meal for 2 which was very generous and enough, we even had a left over for later. The food was not spicy which is good for our child too.

Always had great things to say about this restaurant but unfortunately the service has not been good lately. The delivery driver got lost although i live literally across the road. called my phone for directions and left me waiting on the phone to direct him. He got annoyed and put the phone down on me. When he finally arrived 20 mins later he was very rude and blamed me for the wrong directions. That’s not my job but yours. The food arrived stone cold and items missing from order. Will now think again before ordering from here in the future.

I ordered my food at 4:50pm it got here at 6:41 this is the second time this has happened nearly two hours

There were issues in the road causing a delay to the delivery - not the restaurants fault at all, yet they made every effort to deliver to me. The food was fresh and delish as always. Will order again.

The tandoori masala itself was ok, if a little bland, the onion bhajis were like pebbles and completely inedible and peshwari naan was incredibly dry which was a shame because it did have a lot of flavour.

Honestly I really disliked the food from here. Was the worst Indian I’ve had in years. Dishes that aren’t meant to be spicy were REALLY spicy. Veg dishes were bland (I always get veg dishes as am veggie). Husband had a meat dish and while the sauce was nice the meat was really tough.

The service was so quick and the food was awesome. We had a variety of sides and two mains, all extremely tasty! Strongly recommended!

Very generous portions and I think we got an extra veggie dish! Flavours were on the milder side and paratha was a bit different to what I expected. It had a texture similar to naan bread? But we really enjoyed your food and I especially liked the tarka daal. Delivered in 35 minutes and food super hot. I would order from here again. Thank you 🙂
