I made a mistake and called patty island to return a partially cooked piece of meat I thought I had bought earlier. Ray who answered the phone was polite and courteous and offered to refund the item with no problem. But the mistake was mine I had bought the item from a different place with a similar name. I called back to apologise and Ray couldn't have been any sweeter and nicer. I will definitely pass by when I'm in the area and suggest we all support this place Ray I salute your professionalism and its nice to see that shops of this nature CAN have good customer service. 👌🏽👌🏽👍🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Very nice and delicious food,l love it so much and recommend to everyone try to eat .They have pizza,chicken and burger,all of them amazing food.

TOAD Bakery often has a queue, but don't be put off, the line moves quickly, and the wait is well worth it for the quality of the food. Their croissants rank the best we've tasted anywhere. While my family enjoys the Jaffa Cake, my personal favourite is the Everything Bagel Croissant. It's excellent and a must-have for me on every visit; I thoroughly enjoy it each time. The other bakery items are also very good, but the Everything Bagel Croissant remains my top choice.

Although the bar and the staff are nice, I found it very overpriced for the most basic wines. Almost £31 for two French and an Italian 125ml glasses of wines is absolutely ridiculous. I completely understand that the retail price of those bottle must be quite high for the business, therefore, they have to put prices starting from £9. I get that. But, in my opinion, a place who is specialised in wines, should not offer those type of wines. I’m sorry, but the French £9 glass wine was really bad. If you want to offer something affordable and a much better quality, I would offer Porta 6 or a Protos. Very affordable Portuguese and Spanish origins that are, for my taste, way better. Also, the back of the bar with those cardboard boxes and the bike should not be there for such a lovely place. It breaks de atmosphere.
