T is all down to taste and getting it still hot .. Quaggies Kitchen is without doubt the best one round Lewisham, Blackheath, Lee, Kidbroke and I think they deliver out to Eltham etc. They are based near the centre of Lewisham. So Catford is also cool. You won’t get better elsewhere.

This is a great example of a shop converted to a bar. I would consider myself a regular at Bob's. Child and dog-friendly, lovely staff, exciting selection of draught and bottled beers and great cocktails. It's not really a restaurant as such but has a link to the Cafe next door, so you can get food there. I recommend booking if you are going with a group as it gets very busy. Nice vibe!

El antiguo kebab shop en Lewisham, disfrutamos de su deliciosa tradición y puede ser mejor kebab Kebab Shop en esa zona, pero no había mucha variedad en otros de comida rápida.

Used it several times and the food is always great and fresh. Staff is very helpful and after getting to know me all I needed is a call and they would even take over the phone payment.

Only had a cake and coffee but the place looks great is filled with locals (many speaking Italian) and a reasonably priced extensive deli section. One of my new favourite places! Edit… went back for a sausage and turnip greens tagliatelle. Fantastic for £9:99

Impresionante comida, teníamos las albóndigas y calamares para empezar. Tuvimos una T - filete de hueso en la sugerencia de los camareros, fue increíble. Gran servicio y buen ambiente. Great food, laid back service and usually a very chilled atmosphere in the converted downstairs of a small Victorian house. Occasionally there's an animated celebration on the big table but always a great place to eat. Good selection of meat and vegetarian dishes, from a small menu - always a good sign - including soups, salads, currys and some lovely starters. They close at 9pm and have a bring your own alcohol policy (£3.5 corkage per person). We often share a starter and have one main each. With corkage our last meal there was £22 each + service.

Reliable super-tasty fresh Indian food. Good vegi options (though - please label more clearly). First went here when it was in Brockley (sister branch remains there); still good on expansion; have ordered many times from both.

Visited last week with a friend of mine. The prices are bit steep but the produce, food and coffee are all delicious. My filter coffee by Scenery Roasters was amazing. So was my mushroom bap and a homemade orange cake. Will be back when I’m in the area again.
